When rebranding from Red Carpet to Neva Hangry the owner wanted to create an environment that was breathtaking from the moment of entering to existing. The lampchops was horrible the side was old everything was rushed out reservation was at 7:30 they had already started putting they food up the only thing that was good was the buffalo egg rolls I don’t see the hype at all

The food was great the staff was great it’s a small dining area but allows for the staff to focus more on your needs and the owner was a great host he gave all the fathers a drink on the house for Father’s Day will definitely be back.

First, I set a reservation for 5PM and a couple of days before i received a confirmation that my reservations had been changed to 8:30PM, without reaching out before doing so, without explanation. I tried to call to ask why and see if we could get a closer time to the original time and no answer, not the phone, not email, and not the contact form. We had other things scheduled and I think it was really disrespectful to change our reservations like that. The restaurant is very small and in need of a decorator. You can see the bathroom from the dining area. I must say the food was tasty, though. The drinks were just ok. I enjoyed the food but that's about it..

Very delicious food! Very good for the price as well. Server and bartender were also very pleasant :-) great experience I will definitely be back

Nicely decorated. Plenty of friendly servers. Reasonable prices. Decent portion sizes. Most of the food was good. Drinks made just right. Four entrees: 1. Lamb chops w/cajun rice, greens & mac & cheese. 2. Fried catfish filets (2) w/seafood dressing & greens. 3. Cajun pasta. 3. Salmon & pasta w/greens & mac & cheese. 2 Titos cocktails and five appetizers: fried pickles, fried okra, crab cakes, gumbo, & buffalo chicken egg rolls plus complimentary hush puppies. Bill roughly $210. Small space, parking challenge. Concerns addressed and rectified right away. Would go back.

There were two servers so it was a lot for them. The food was just okay. Appetizers and drinks were great!

This restaurant has a tiny parking lot that fits maybe 6 cars but there is street parking available. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. We ordered the crab cakes for our appetizer which were super crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We also had the catfish, the shrimp over rice and the greens. Food was delicious and plated very well. The only issue we had was there was an hour wait for the food. We got there at 8:30ish and food didn’t come out until 10pm.

Nice place (small) food was good but some items they didn’t have, (the lamp Chops) parking on the street and they didn’t have a to go cup for my smoothie so I had to leave it and the owner didn’t compromise just took a $1.50 off my bill (shame) I didn’t get a chance to drink it! But overall it wasn’t bad I’ll go back
