Didn’t adhere to reservation times. Was told would have to wait another 20-30 mins with open tables everywhere. We waited for a server for over 15 mins and it wasn’t even that busy.

Took the family to the Harry Potter experience. It was so cool and the food was excellent. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was amazing!!! The service was great and our server was on top of anything we needed. Definitely will return.

Waited over one hour to be seated. Was told I had only about one hour to eat and leave because they would be turning the room into a dance floor.

I will say the drinks were great, everything else was awful. It took us an hour and a half to be seated with a reservation, the service was non-existent and the food was cold. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hostess was great, and the place seemed upbeat, but our waitress was terrible (shorter girl with glasses) she took absolutely forever to swing by and take our order. we had to call other staff multiple times to call her over for us because she never came to check on us. We even had to get a nearby waitress to call her for us to get our order in. we were sat at 6:30pm and she only came by for our order until 7:40pm-7:55pm when we finally got our food we ordered a last round of (3) drinks and even that took 30 minutes to the point that we just asked them to forget the drinks we just wanted to pay and leave. The waitress still managed to leave a drink on our bill that we had to ask her to remove. She clearly didn't care about what she was doing because gratuity was included in our bill (ridiculous) because if it was up to us, she wouldn't have received a tip. Overall service is terrible we were sat at 6:30 and didn't leave until close to 9pm, most of our time spent here was used trying to get our waitress attention. The most disappointing part is she would either disappear or we would clearly see her standing by the bar chatting with other staff.

The Very Harry Christmas pop up was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was gorgeous, the staff was fantastic, and I LOVED the theme drink menu. 100% would recommend and I would go back.

Food came out cold and my partners pizza was all air bubbles with theee pieces of sausage on it. Mine was not entirely cooked through. I wouldn’t mind if our server was apathetic about her job but rather, she was outright rude to us. We gave her no reason to be. We will not be going back.

Great experience! Food was great. It was busy so service was a little slow but understandable. Suggestions to have merchandise available for this pop up… it would bring in lots of money for you. My adult kids loved it too🙂
