Neon Gardens debuts with four unique concepts all under one roof including The Slice Hut (a grab-and-go pizza by the slice experience), Neon Gardens (a 3,000 square foot open-air atrium and adjoining patio pop up space for full-service dining), Neon Gardens Bar Section (an eclectic space featuring two full bars adorned with art-rich decor, inventive signature cocktails and distinctive entertainment) and a 90's inspired nostalgic Game Room (the ultimate old-school inspired entertainment experience).

The slices of pizza were not worth the value or taste. Kind of only offering whole pizzas for special promotions is a little ridiculous. The drink served to me was very toxic. It tasted more like straight vodka than actually tasting any other flavors in my butter beer. I went to take my daughter, and she enjoyed the experience with the Harry Potter theme and the arcade. If you plan to take kids, one slice of pizza will still leave you hungry. My daughter had to ask for another to go cause she was still hungry after appetizers, drink, and dessert.

Went for the Harry Potter pop up. 2 hours after opening, they were out of mushroom pizza. Fries were super salty. Cheese curds seemed like cut up mozzarella sticks. We ended up getting sausage pizza and it was good, but not anything special. Our server was nice, but the person answering the phone when we called ahead was kind of rude. Answered with just a hello, no name of business or the individual. Hmmed and uh-huh everything and then hung up before I finished speaking.

Food menu is basic , just pizza and 3 salads. Pizza was ok. The salad was not good. Our waiter did his best but he had too many tables and a very delayed kitchen. He was really nice and kinda. We waited 45 minutes for our food. Decoration was not as expected, too simple.

My family chose to try out Neon Gardens during their A Very Harry (Potter) January and we all had a great time. The decorations were abundant and well done. Our party had fun taking photos and enjoyed the themed drinks (I highly recommend the Butterbeer). The pizza was amazing. The food alone is reason to visit and the ambience just takes it to another level. They also have a small game room which we also hung out in.

We went to enjoy the Harry Potter pop up. The decor was okay, we had the drinks and they were good. Not packed at all, pretty empty. We went on a Saturday after 10:30. Overall enjoyed our time.

Ambiance and decor for the Harry Potter theme were on point! The themed drinks were great. But everything else was disappointing for the price point. The slices of pizza were cold and just ok in flavor. If you want your pizza hot and fresh, I recommend building your own pizza. That will guarantee a fresh pie. Our server was not good. She seemed annoyed to answer questions and rarely came to check on us. She never smiled and seemed miserable to be there. The manager was great and was more attentive to our table than our server. And we were very surprised to see that a 20% gratuity was already added to our bill. When we asked our server about it, she stated that due to the volume of customers they have, 20% gratuity was added for parties of 4 or more. We were a table of 4. While we enjoyed the Harry Potter experience, we won’t return.

Pizza was cold, menus were outdated, and waitress was unaware of menu changes on top of being condescending when it was pointed out to her.

Great and friendly staff. I had reservations. Loved the Harry Potter pop-up, lots of good photo ops. Huge pizza slices. Enjoyed the mushroom pizza and my elderflower cocktail. The game room is fun too

loved the pop up! it was such a great ambiance the food was amazing and for the price it was great! I came w a group of six so gratuity is included, heads up but the service was great! amazing will be back again
