An inviting craft cocktail bar offering classics, originals, inspired & familiar flavors. We sip, we savor, we share.

The inspiration for Needle and Thread came from the history of the space located at 45 Peck St. in downtown Providence. For more than half a century Antonio Conte dutifully served the professionals in the city's center, with an old world style haberdashery, providing suits, outer ware and evening attire. For more than 2 years the Needle and Thread was constructed piece by piece with the same attention to detail and love Mr. Conte poured into every garment he constructed.

They said they were open … we also got a reservation … waited for a good half hour … were not open.

The whole group loved all the food and drinks. The music was awesome. I can’t say enough great things about the staff as well. We were a large group enjoying each others company and were left to our own devices. Yet every time someone needed a drink or more bites, servers were always there to take an order. It was the perfect balance of attentiveness. We love our visit

An amazing team — everyone from made our whole dining experience throughout the evening feel special! Definitely one of my favorite spots to take guests in PVD — folks always comment on the unique space, decor & seating options. Awesome playlist as well!

Service was excellent. Waitress and hostess constantly checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of. Drinks were very special and iconic.

The speakeasy vibe is cool with low tables and couches as well as regular tables. Love the sewing themed cocktails- my fa favorite is the Sundress by Campfire. I had Caesar salad and the salmon bowl. It was all very tasty!

Nice place, friendly staff are and helpful. Food was good and we really like the French fries great taste overall. Place was little cold for my taste but would visit again with my cardigan alone side. Live music was great really great place to hangout with friends and your love one.

It was quiet and we were headed to a show. Service was a bit slow, but it was early so maybe staff had not hit their groove. Food was good. Drinks were great.

Service was friendly and professional. Ordered dessert and cocktails, both were well crafted and delicious. The night’s entertainment of DJ was energetic and lively.
