   ハワイの素材を活かしたフレンチ、どのお皿も本当に美味しかったです。 カウンター席だったので、目の前でシェフが丁寧に料理を仕上げていく様子が見られて、特別な時間に。 味も見た目も大満足。また行きたいレストランです。

   We had the most amazing experience! The food and ambiance were absolutely perfectly. We went with the tasting menu option and were amazed with the food and drinks.

   I found this restaurant looking for interesting places in Waikiki. The tasting menu intrigued me. The chance to sit game side at the cook's counter is usually neat. Great atmosphere. Upstairs. Nice seats. I enjoyed watching the food being prepared. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was fantastic. We enjoyed both the vege and meat based menu's. Wow. Beautiful presentation but just very imaginative ingredients. Very delicately prepared, but also well done. The cook staff was more than willing to answer questions as well about some of the techniques and ingredients. And yes, the testing menu is more than enough food! I liked that while we were waiting they offered us some additional bread (with the butter and/or olive oil) it was great, We did also enjoy the chocolate dessert which was also really fantastic. The next day we discussed how memorable the evening had been and days later are still remarking on the food. Yes, it is not cheap, plus the Waikiki premium isn't to be forgotten. But the food, staff and atmosphere add up to a terrific experience. Well done!

   If you’re looking for Japanese-French cuisine in Honolulu, this is the place to go. You can also enjoy watching the chef’s kitchen from the counter. The hospitality of the entire staff was impeccable. From start to finish, it’s a restaurant where you can enjoy a delightful and delicious dining experience.

   We tried the Petit tasting menu with the wine pairings. Everything was exquisite! A feast for all the senses and the service was exemplary. It was a special treat and well worth the experience for those who appreciate the art of fine dining.
