We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins.

**Our Hale tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

Thanks to Travis, Lohi, Nick, Brendan, and Yuhi for excellent food and service. Special thank you to Zack, the line cook who was right in front of us and explained the dishes while never missing a beat while cooking. We both had the Hale 6 course meal, and I topped it off with dessert. To read more about each dish, check out the Yelp review Therese1216 left. Definitely 5 star food and service.

We visited this restaurant expecting a fine dining experience, but sadly, it fell short of expectations, especially at $160 per person. This was our second visit, and both times, the chef was absent. The meat, bread, and fish were inconsistently cut, and the flavors of the tofu steak and poi were underwhelming. While we were more than willing to pay the high price for an exceptional meal, the quality of the food and the overall experience did not justify the cost. The only bright spot was our server, who was attentive and thorough in explaining the dishes. Unfortunately, this is not a place worth splurging on. Save your time and money; there are far better options elsewhere.

I did the vegan tasting menu and my husband did the meat tasting menu and they were both incredible. You cannot share because the portions are small but the flavor is worth it. We added on the wine pairing and it was all very well thought out!

We really liked the atmosphere and the service was all EXCELLENT. Like 5 stars. We really liked everyone and felt well taken care of. The food presentations on both menus were absolutely tasteful looking, stunning and beautifully executed …some of the best I’ve seen..… but we found the food to be a bit too salty on a few dishes and many of the complex combinations just didn’t come together on the palette. Sometimes less is more and the main ingredient can get overpowered by too many other ingredients. Although we appreciated the creativity, service, ambience and presentations the flavors just didn’t match everything else being offered.

This was a fantastic experience !! We booked the plant based tasting at the chef counter and it was delicious! We also did the wine pairing. It is expensive but worth every penny !!!! Absolutely loved this restaurant, highly recommend 🤩 dishes were beautiful , complex and delicious

The overall best food my family and I have ever tasted! The staff is so so kind and they made us feel very special. I have never had a dining experience like this and I feel very lucky to have experienced it. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Oahu!

We've been to Nature several times and did the chef's tasting menu with wine pairing, for my partner's birthday. She selected the vegan option, while I chose the courses offered with meat. Both were out of this world! Each course was paired with a specially selected wine and were unbelievable! The dishes, while small in size, were absolutely delicious and by the end, quite filling. Each course was a little culinary masterpiece bursting with a variety of flavors that you would normally not expect to go together, but did so perfectly! This is probably why we keep coming back! There are also very few places offering vegan options, so Nature is a "must go" for foodies who want a beautiful experience and incredible dishes!
