We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins.

**Our Hale tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Vegan + Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.
-Petite tasting menus are available from June 4th!

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

Beautiful experience here. Each dish was completely unique on both the regular and vegan tasting. Service was informed and attentive. Menu changes about every 3 months. Do yourself a favor and dine at natuRe Waikiki.

The food was absolutely amazing! This was the best Vegan fare we’ve had from a fine dining restaurant. The truffle corn fritters were our favorite, a must have! The servers were very attentive and friendly. Would go back again next time we are in Hawaii!

Staff was incredible. Bartender (Lohi, forgive misspelling) was spectacular. Brought my daughter, who had not eaten since breakfast, some sliced strawberries to accompany her wine. He made a difference through attentive kindness. Chef’s table preparation was tasty and spectacular but for the wine pairings, which were not to my taste. But well conceived, well executed and thoroughly enjoyable. One of the few really standout places for vegetarians in Honolulu.

We had a wonderful time with very good food and service. I gave it a 4 star with further expectations regarding the food.

We booked this in celebration of our wedding anniversary, and I have to say, we had a great evening there. Big shout out to Travis, Shelby, and the chefs there who made the night memorable.

はやい時間だったので、シェフから直接説明していただけて贅沢な時間でした！英語が不安でしたが、日本人スタッフもおり、とても安心して、好みのワインも出していただき、最高のディナーでした！ハワイでナチュラルワインが飲めるとは本当に最高でした！

Husband and I came here for the vegan prefix for our anniversary. It was so good! And we were full and satisfied when done. Service was wonderful as well; very attentive and made you feel special. Highly recommend!
