We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins.

**Our Hale tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

Valentine's Romantic Dinner at natuRe Waikīkī (Please read to the end) From February 12th to 16th, we will offer our 7-course Valentine's Special Tasting Menu. Enjoy 6 savory courses and 1 dessert incorporating locally-sourced ingredients,. WE CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free and Dairy Free on this menu, but we CAN do Pescatarian option. Tasting menu is $150/person For an additional cost we will offer optional: - Supplements - Wine pairing *For February 14th-16th, in order to enhance our guest’s experience, we are focusing on presenting this one extra-special offering. Since this is our third visit here, it’s obvious that NatuRe Waikiki never disappoints. From the time you anxiously arrive till you reluctantly depart, the level of customer service, appreciation, attention to detail, food presentation, how our server describes what we’re about to enjoy, the food quality and timing of all courses is highly orchestrated. The prix fixe menu inclusive of fine wines is available in both veg and non-veg options. This restaurant is a must for any foodie when visiting Honolulu.

Outstanding tasting menu. My wife and I tried the vegan and regular tasting menu. Every dish was delicious. I recommend the old fashioned for a drink.

The most wonderful experience dining in Honolulu. The Hale short tasting menu was creative, delicious with an interesting blend of flavors. Savoring each bite was memorable The service welcoming, thoughtful and informed. Each course was beautifully presented. Truly a memorable evening. While not listed on the drink menu the talented bartender made the best Mai Tai we have ever had. Unlike any other. The food is reasonably priced for the quality and innovative pairing of taste and texture. The design of the restaurant is lovely.naTure waikiki. is not to be missed.

料理は美味しいし、オリジナリティーに溢れる。環境に配慮とあるが、身体にも優しいソフトなフレンチだか、味は深い。グラスワイン🍷の種類がもう少しあっても良いと感じた。

Delicious food and ambiance in what feels like a hidden gem in Waikīkī. You wouldn’t know you’re still in the main business district. Small tasting menu at an a la carte reservation seat was a good intro to the experience without a major tasting menu investment (time, money). Excellent wine pairing. Pacing on a busy Saturday night was slightly awkward between courses and felt a little disconnected from the otherwise premium atmosphere. I would not hesitate to go back at a less busy time.

Amazing dining experience! So fun sitting at the chef counter and watching amazing food be wonderfully crafted. Everyone was so welcoming would highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly unique experience. Both of the set menus or expertly crafted and bursting with flavor.
