We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins.

**Our Kai tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

An amazing, delightful experience where every dish (and drink) was superb. Super friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed an exceptional vegan meal.

If food is your thing, don’t miss naturRe while on Oahu Many restaurants don’t live up to the online hype, but this one does. We made reservations too late to get a table downstairs so we had a “high top“ reservation upstairs. Much quieter, but perfectly nice and we ordered off the à la carte menu. Original dishes (umami spaghetti) combined with well prepared takes on traditional dishes (chicken liver pate with guava and pink peppercorns) give diners a wonderful selection. Significant vegetarian and vegan options exist. Especially considering the overpriced high-end hotel restaurants, value is excellent. Recommend.

総合的には満足できるものでした。アラカルトでしたが、ボリューム感が分からなったのでオーダーし過ぎててしまいました。前菜のトリパテ、チーズとProsciuttoは最高でした。ウニのパスタは少し油っぽく味も平凡でした。ハワイではウニのパスタは流行りなのでしょうか、よくメニューにありますね。他のイタリアンでいただいたウニのパスタは秀逸でした。メインのカンパチはとても良かったです。少し塩が強かったですが。夫婦2人では量が多すぎてデザートを食べられなかったのは残念でした。次回はコースでいただきたいと思います。

Tasting dinner was incredible- wine pairing also on point. Every dish was perfect. They were also great with our 8yo daughter- most restaurants like this don’t allow kids (understandably, as it’s definitely not a “kid” place), but she was able to order off their a la carte menu while we did our tasting and enjoyed her pesto pasta.

Excellent innovative food. Interesting to watch the team at work. A well disciplined and very organized quiet kitchen. The plating was very artistic.

My friend and I had a lovely time here. Both of our first times doing a tasting menu and LOVED the experience provided by the staff. Servers were informative and kind, chefs were as well! Loved that the chefs chatted with us throughout the experience as well. Our server was Carly and she was great!! Overall, I would 100% recommend.

雰囲気も良く、お料理の独創性、スタッフの方々のサービス、心遣い全てにおいて完璧んのお店です。コースを利用させてもらったのですが、アラカルトも楽しめそうなので今回の滞在中また行きたいと考えてます。また、ハワイに来たら必ず行きたいと思えるお店です！

Food was beautiful and delicious. Cocktails were great. The service was excellent and friendly. We left satisfied and full, not even realizing we ate no meat, by accident
