We love Nat’s Mountain House! A great spot for families or an adult night out. Don’t skip the soft serve ice cream bar.

Five of us, including a toddler, enjoyed dinner at Nat's Mountain House on a Saturday. The food was great and the service excellent, very professional, courteous and friendly, although it seemed obvious the restaurant was short-staffed, which led to some delays. Nevertheless, our waitress Ellie was on top of things.

Meh. It was fine. We were initially seated indoors at a weird small table right on top of a large group and combined with the freakishly loud music, was just not the vibe we were after. We were able to move outdoors no problem, but I was sort of underwhelmed. Good…not great.

The food is overpriced for what we had... these are mid to high range NY prices and the food was not up to par by any standards. The service was very good and the drinks were ok but the food itself was mediocre at best... The place is nice and people seem happy there but it's just not worth what they are charging and frankly regrdless of what they are charging I wouldn't go back
