Nice New Year’s Eve meal. Service spectacular. Excellent gluten free pizza. Wine list ho hum.

Went on New Year’s Eve and given the fact that it recently opened our experience was outstanding. The food and service was exceptional.

The new Kirkwood Napoli does not disappoint. The ambience and decor is a vibe. Service and food was great. My first experience at the new Napoli is awesome and I will be visiting again. Highly recommend!!!

Loud but beautiful restaurant. Pasta was tough, perhaps under cooked or cooked in water used for other pastas. Service was excellent. We’ll try them again once they’ve been open longer.

Great experience on our first visit. The crispy rice was a delicious start leading into the soup and entree. I’ll be back for it and more. All four people raved about their dishes.

Have always enjoyed the Napoli restaurants and wanted to try Napoli Kirkwood. Very nice ambience food and service as top notch as always!

the food was great, the atmosphere was energetic and friendly. They’re still shaking out some service wrinkles along with paper menus, parking, etc. We look forward to going back soon.

Really enjoyed our food at Napoli Kirkwood. Love the interior design. It feels moody and fun. However, it was so LOUD. We were sitting in the dining room at a 2 top table and had to shout to talk to each other. The vibe of the design of the restaurant did not match the ambience. It felt like it should be quiet and calm but felt like chaos. Two guys in suits kept walking around to the same 2-3 tables, I assume they were managers? They were really loud and felt distributive. I heard one of the guys in a suit shouting profanities from 3 tables down. Despite this, dinner was of course delicious. We had the lasagna and chicken Marsala with the cannoli cheesecake for dessert. I’ll go back after the initial hype settles down.

The noise level was a little loud and made it hard to hear. Other than that, great service and great food!

Dined with party of 6. Miranda was our server and was fabulous. We enjoyed our cocktails. Crispy tuna rice app, multiple salads, filet, fish, pastas - we shared a lot and everyone loved. We will be back! Only negative thing to share is that we found the floors to be dangerously slippery. We asked a bus boy on the way out about it and he said it was the second time he heard that that night. Please find a way to address this before someone takes a tumble!
