We decided to try Naples Coastal Kitchen during Sizzle Week. First impression was nice decor. We sat in a comfortable booth. My first dish Beet Salad was fresh and delicious. It is something I would order again. For my entree, I ordered the Chicken Marsala and explained to our waiter Victor that I am allergic to pasta so I will take the Chicken and Mushrooms without the linguine. I went over this twice with him to make sure it was clearly communicated. Dinner comes and sure enough my Chicken is sitting on top of Linguine. My husband explained not to just scrape it off in the kitchen since it is an allergy but provide me with a new version of the dish. I watched my husband eat his dinner. Then mine came out. It was good, not great. Our waiter then asked what we would like for dessert. My husband ordered the Key Lime Pie, and I said I am not having any desserts due to allergies. We waited and waited. Then this waiter comes back to the table and asks again if we want dessert. My husband said he already ordered from him the Key Lime Pie. He disappears again. We waited and waited. He finally brings the Key Lime Pie and asks me if I would like a spoon. I reminded him I cannot eat it. Then I asked him if he was new but he said no. If he was, I would cut him some slack but this was just poor service. He then gave us a $20 gift card with conditions. We could only use it if we came back with 4 people for dinner. Really? That's not an apology in my opinion. Such a shame. Maybe it would have been a different experience with a different waiter.

Food is always consistently good. Bull bites and chicken Parmesan very good. Tacos excellent also.

Food & service were great! Everyone in our group of 4 loved their food. Service excellent! Restaurant was about 50% occupied and the noise level was extremely disturbingly loud. We had a corner table which we asked for, can’t imagine noise level when 100% occupied. Really would think this could be rectified somehow. Such a great spot, ambience great, great food just do something more to reduce the noise level.
