    The service at Napa Prime is always exceptional !! From the General Manager John on down the line to the Assistant Manager to the wait staff was all truly exceptional. And the food was delicious. I will go back there again and again!

    As an anniversary highlight, my wife and I went to the Napa prime restaurant, as we had heard much of its reputation. We enjoyed a starter, an entrée with several sides, and a dessert topped off with coffee. All aspects of our meal were outstanding. Even the knives were sharp. The value was incredibly good and we plan to return again soon. Our gentleman server was humorous, professional, and thorough. We could not have asked for anything more.

    My husband and I ate at one of the tables in the bar. We had made a reservation. Everything tasted amazing - we had the lobster roll, filet sliders, truffle Mac n cheese and then peach cheesecake for dessert. I also loved how my water glass was never empty! The service here is just impeccable.

    Lovely ambience! Menu has many great choices. Everything was done to perfection. Our server, Jessica, related very well with our group and helped make the evening extremely enjoyable! We will definitely be back.

    First time I've been to your restaurant and I was amazed how beautiful it was and how wonderful the ambience was. Always looking for a nice elegant restaurant to go to and thankfully, I finally found one in the North Hills.

    I was on the lookout for special place to take my mother for her birthday this year, and let me tell you that this restaurant did not disappoint. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the staff were all super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the entire menu. The wine selection was rather large, and slightly intimidating, but they were able to help us pick a perfect flavor profile. My mother smiled the entire time we were there, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be returning in the future!

    The French Onion Soup was awesome. Steaks and salmon were very good, although the steaks were very salty. Brussels sprouts and spinach were tasty. Serving of buttered mashed potatoes could have been bigger. Not nearly enough for the table of 6. Overall we like Napa Prime and will dine there again. Thinking about trying the bar menu next time; not nearly as expensive as the dining room menu.
