    Overall we had a good experience! The food was very flavorful and cooked to our liking. A few snags here and there but overall everything was good. They continually refill you water even if you only took one sip out of it and that got to be a bit much and when we ordered coffee it was cold, but was immediately switched for a hot one. I know they were trying to be ontop of things and serve us, they got to be a bit too enthusiastic at times. They gave my husband a hot towel as he was in the middle of eating (we all were given them after we had finished) and the waitress scraped around his plate for crumbs as he was eating his bread, making him uncomfortable, and didn’t scrape mine at all. Just little odd things. Other than these picky little things it was fine. We were celebrating a birthday and they had confetti and a cute card on the table for him!

    We had an amazing dinner with great martinis!!! Our servers and the additional staff members were wonderful. The table behind us was way too loud for a setting as classy as Napa Prime….annoying but we definitely didn’t let it ruin our evening!!!!

    We chose to sit in the bar, but sadly, the clientele in the bar was very noisy that evening. People that appeared to be a bit over serve dropping, silverware and talking and laughing extremely loud. Wish we would’ve sat in the restaurant. Food and Service were top-notch

    The service was excellent from our server to wine expert. Everyone made it a great experience for our parent’s anniversary.

    An absolutely outstanding meal on every level. My husband and I have been to Off the Hook many times and came to Napa Prime for the first time tonight on a recommendation from some friends; the atmosphere was stunning and the service some of the best we’ve ever had. While the steaks take center stage, the menu has plenty of other options for seafood lovers too. We both had the ribeye special with scallops and were blown away, every course was perfect and our server was attentive and kind without being overbearing. We can’t wait to return!

    I took my 14 year old granddaughter to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. Everything was excellent as always. We had a great evening and will be back again soon.

    This was our first time there and everything was exceptional! I have no complaints. The steak was one of the best steaks I’ve had in Pittsburgh! It was my husband’s birthday and they made everything so special for us. We had such a great time! We will be back!
