Normally a very good place to eat, but they forgot to put my order in for my entrée and brought it out after everyone else had eaten. Ordered beef stroganoff, and it was very watery.

Our meals were delicious. The braised short ribs are excellent. The salmon entre' and the chicken tortellini were great with excellent flavor. Our server was attentive, but not intrusive. Very knowledgeable about the menu. The only minor issue was that our meals arrived to the table while we were eating our salads. It would have been nice to have another 5 min. or so to have finished our salads first. In the future, I will ask server to wait to place main entre' orders until after salads are served. Very nice evening!! Will definitely return again!!

We went Napa kitchen with friends, the food was great and the noise level wasn’t too loud. We had a nice time catching up and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had very good service as well.

The atmosphere is nice, but every time I have been there we get seated on one of the tables for two people that is one of several small tables along the wall, with one person sitting on the bench in the back and another person sitting on the chair on the other side of the table. It's just too close to other people to have a comfortable dinner. You have a table of four right beside you with barely enough room to step in between your table and theirs, and a table of two or four on the other side of you. It feels like you're sitting in a cafeteria. That's too much money to pay to sit in that fashion. I used open table and made a reservation well ahead of time to be able to just have a nice table to enjoy an intimate dinner. The chairs are very uncomfortable. The bench cushion it's not much and you're sitting on hard wood, the other chair sinks you down so low you seem like a small child at a table that's too tall. It wasn't super crowded on a Thursday night but the service was pretty slow. The food is good, and it's a neat place inside, lots of ambience. Just too much money to pay for uncomfortable seating for an hour and slow service. If they would change the seating arrangements or just the general furniture, I could probably give a much higher rating.
