I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiter who took my order was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I mistakenly asked for a ghee roast instead of a paper dosa, and instead of politely informing me that it wasn’t on the menu, he questioned me with an attitude, making me feel uncomfortable. A simple "Sorry, it's not on the menu" would have been enough, but his response was unprofessional and unwelcoming. To make things worse, the food was far from what I expected from a reputed restaurant. The dosa, sambar, and chutney were of poor quality—honestly, I can make a much better dosa at home. As an Indian, I expected authentic flavors and good quality, but sadly, this place failed in both food and service. I had hoped for a good dining experience, but it was pathetically bad from both a customer service and food quality perspective. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for authentic taste and respectful service.

We have come to Namaste Village for every special occasion and they have never once let us down. The hospitality is unmatched, and the food is absolutely exceptional quality: I don't think it's possible for this restaurant to make a bad dish. Nothing tops off a special day better than a perfect dinner at Namaste Village! Thanks for the amazing Valentine's day meal. It made the day so special!

Firstly we were a little early and so the waiter looked for a table and we were seated right by the door. Wasn’t the best table but to be fair the restaurant was very busy. Secondly the staff were very good, friendly and almost too efficient. Our food came out too fast. We were still eating our starters when the mains appeared so felt like we had to eat a little fast for our liking. Thirdly my wife ordered a large glass of Sauvignon which was over £10 and I thought that was pricey for a single glass. Lastly we both really enjoyed the food, it was delicious and full of flavour. The ambience was lovely and the staff were awesome. I’ve listed the faults but in all honestly we would 100% eat here again. Not the cheapest but we believe in paying good money for good food and you didn’t disappoint. Maybe just read the table and slow the service a little so we don’t feel rushed. Look forward to coming back, thank you.

3rd time visit. Excellent as always. Love the Chat and Dosas. If you’ve never had vegetarian Indian food this is the best place to start. They will guide your choices and you will be back I guarantee.

A very calm place to enjoy a meal. Excellent choice of very delicious meat free fare.Lots of interesting dishes and flavours to try. A dosa, a filled pancake is a must.
