Loud, smoky, no explanation or help with the menu, bland meat and expensive. And they rushed us to finish. Will not be back.

Absolutely fantastic Korean BBQ! It was getting depressing dealing with places that were best at mediocre but Naksan reminded us what quality actually looked like and with fantastic service.

After eating here once, I was blown away. The service, quality of the meat, and the variety of banchan was excellent. It was an amazing experience accompanied by delicious food.

I've been here before and thought it was worth coming back. This time however, the service was rushed and obviously trying to get us out to turn over the table on a Sat evening. The beef combo was good, flavorful, although some cuts were a bit "stringy", some were tender. The pork combo not as flavorful. The way they rapidly threw everything on the grill then put on your small dish made it hard to distinguish what we were eating. The egg souffle was slightly over cooked and not as light as what I've had in the past. The kimchi stew tasted like tomato soup. The soybean paste soup was ok. The spicy rice cake had no flavor at all. The seafood pancake barely had any seafood on it, and the tiny bits were overcooked and dry. 5 of us with no drinks. $400 with tip. Will not be back.

Had mentioned it was a birthday, had called to confirm that they saw my message that there was a birthday. They recognized there was a birthday, yet once dinner was done-nothing. They didn’t bring anything out, didn’t say happy birthday and certainly didn’t recognize my guest. Very disappointing.

This place is the best Korean BBQ in the area by far. It’s definitely on the pricier side but the quality is second to none. Definitely will return.
