At the Nag’s Head we are passionate about food and the excellent quality produce that is available locally. The majority of our food is freshly prepared and cooked from ‘farm to fork’ by our Head Chef Andy Millard and his enthusiastic kitchen team. Our menu is varied and seasonal, appealing to all tastes and includes Chef Specials, favourite traditional “pub classics” and Sunday roasts. We cater for different palettes and today’s changing tastes including children, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. As our dishes are prepared and cooked in house, we can usually accommodate most dietary needs.We pride ourselves on serving locally produced real ales. Our ales come from the excellent local microbreweries and are of a very high quality. We offer a range of good quality wines and spirits to compliment our menu.

This is the third time we have taken guests and it did not disappoint. One of our guests is a master butcher and praised the quality, cut and cooking of the lamb. Our guests came from Windsor and Shepperton and were amazed to have such superb food in West Wales. All perfectly presented and served. We will be back many times I suspect.

Excellent Sunday roast! Probably one of the best we’ve had in a Pub/Restaurant. Both the lamb and beef were cooked beautifully. There was a very good selection of vegetables , which were cooked to perfection and the cauliflower cheese was amazing. Service was great. Friendly and attentive staff. There was a lovely atmosphere and the pub had a friendly feel about it. Don’t let the very few negative reviews put you off this amazing place.

The meal we had was such a lovely treat. It was excellent, tasting perfect and melt in the mouth. A fantastic chef. All the staff were attentive, friendly and polite making us very welcome. Overall a 5star meal worth every penny. We would definitely visit again if we are in that area. 👍

We enjoyed our experience very much. Friendly and attentive staff, lovely surroundings and great food. The only quibble is my nut roast was burnt at the top but otherwise, it was all delicious.

Booked a table. While camping in Cenarth. Did not disappoint! Stunning location. Food was very nice with great friendly staff.

Nice selection of food to choose from, lovely atmosphere, great food and we were well looked after as always. Can't recommend this place enough - lovely spot for some dinner.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with family and The Nags Head did not disappoint. Food, service and ambience were excellent. Only criticism was that proper crackers will the cheese board would have been preferred to the waffle biscuits provided. Otherwise everything was great.
