Nagomi is the first Korean / Japanese restaurant in the Cotswolds & Gloucestershire with your own indoor smokeless table grill & hot pot experience (we use the world leading yakiniku table grill from Japan). This is massively popular in Japan, Korea so come and try it out !! We also have a great selection of authentic Japanese & Korean dishes +sushi from the kitchen, if you don't fancy DIY grilling. Our vegan selection includes redefine meat© to grill at the table + lots of small plates and mains.

The food was delicious and there were plenty of options for the various food intolerances and preference in our family. The young waitress who served us initially was very friendly but didn’t seem to know the menu well. The owner of the restaurant, however, was exceptional and even provided an extra treat for our children as it was our eldest’s 16th birthday. We’ll be back (again) for sure!! Highly recommend ⭐️

Nagomi is an independent, authentic Japanese and Korean restuarant located 2 minutes from Cheltenham town centre. It has an excellent selection of food that goes way beyond the typical miso, sushi and noodles stuff that you get at most Japanese restaurants. They are on the menu, but it's the least interesting stuff! Korean food is far less common than Japanese food and it's a particularly distinctive national style of food. It's rich, tasty and spicy (not too spicy, just right) - I think it's Asian comfort food. If you have been watching Korean dramas on Netflix and wondered what they are eating and drinking, go to Nagomi to find out! They have a great selection of Sake and Soju as well. The staff are as lovely as the food! One of the best meals I've had for a long time.

A fantastic experience for my family. Children loved the bbq and it was safe to be around with oversight of my 3yr old. Food was quite unique and the owner was exceptional at telling us all the differences and variety of foods from Korea and Japan. A fun experience and really yummy food and drinks. We shall come again as a lot of fun too!

It was our first time eating at Nagomi, we came for a celebration of boyfriend day, and immediately walking through the doors we felt welcomed by the warm atmosphere and kind manager. The menu was explained and we had a delightful meal (we got hotpot) the food was high quality and delicious. We also had the Kobe fried rice and koren fried chicken which both are now our favorites! We learnt about culture and how slurping is considered polite and that you enjoy the food (amazing!!) Our waitress was so attentive and was able to explain and recommend everything on the menu. The team there was so helpful and kind, we loved the experience and will definitely be going back.

We booked a table for the Korean evening at Nagomi, our first visit. We had just the best evening, super food with drink pairings, all very different to anything else we have eaten/drank, fantastic service and a lot of fun. Our sitting was delayed through no fault of the Nagomi team and for which they could not apologise enough. I do agree with them that one sitting would have produced a much more relaxed event for all concerned and enabled us to have more time to savour all the flavours and the various drinks. We highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly go back.

Restaurant was cold when we arrived . Asked and they told us the heating was on .. very chilly . Okay food fir the price . Sticky chicken was warm . Lighting could be better .
