After opening its 1st locations doors in April of 2009, NaBrasa Brazilian Steakhouse has set out to bring the Brazilian culture to the Philadelphia suburbs. NaBrasa has made a statement in achieving that goal in providing new and exciting dining alternatives while providing elite customer service. Nabrasa offers 15 cuts of meat and fish as well as a gourmet salad bar for one all-inclusive price.

The lighting is dim enough for an intimate setting, but bright enough to feel festive. From managing the timing of the surprise to helping with any special requests, the staff handle everything smoothly and discreetly. The quality of the food is excellent, with a wide variety of meats, sides, and a salad bar to please all guests. The steak is the star of the show, cooked to perfection, and served in generous portions. If your wife enjoys a variety of steak cuts, she’ll love the dining experience here! Throwing a surprise birthday party for my wife at NaBrasa Steakhouse was a great choice. If you’re looking for a combination of good food, excellent service, and a lively atmosphere. The restaurant is well-suited for group gatherings, and the staff’s willingness to accommodate special events will ensure the night is a success. My wife enjoyed her birthday surprise and we were able to create fond memories!

My family and I ate here for my birthday. Our main waiter was not really friendly but nice enough. He definitely didn’t want to be there and was just going through the motions. He asked if we were there for a special occasion. I told him it was my birthday and he said oh okay, then started walking away. As an afterthought, he wished me happy birthday. The gauchos were all very friendly and learned quickly which items my family enjoyed the most. They came around often and when they had something we liked, they always made sure to stop at our table first. They earned 5 stars alone. Halfway through the meal, another waiter in a white shirt came over to our table. He was very friendly and in his one visit, he took away dirty plates, offered to bring new ones and refilled our drinks, something our main waiter was slow at. I was excited thinking we would have the new waiter for the rest of our time there, but we only saw him once. The restaurant offers a birthday special of a free meal when you come in during your birthday month. As stated, the waiter was aware it was my birthday but when he brought our bill, he did not take off the price of my meal. When we mentioned it to him, he said kind of rudely, well I need to see your ID. That’s fine, but I feel like that should’ve been asked for before the bill was brought to us; it seemed like he hoped we would just pay the whole bill. So he takes my ID and the bill along with my husband’s credit card. When we get the new bill back, my meal was removed but he had then added an 18% gratuity. This was not on the original bill and we only had a table of 4, including 2 kids. He had also already swiped my husband’s card, which would’ve been fine if he had just deducted the price of the meal because we knew the ballpark total. But to swipe it when you have added a $37 tip for yourself without us approving it was just wrong. The food was pretty good and there were many great options. Overall, minus the waiter, we had a good experience.

The prime meat cuts are scarce, or they take a long time to come out, while the picanha is presented often. Overall, the quality and service has gone down 15% since the previous owner.

Usually, we enjoy the food and atmosphere here, but this time wasn't worth the money. There were long times we weren't seeing any servers or meat selections in the dining room. The noise level was a 10 because of a few big parties with very young children who weren't interested in being at this type of restaurant. The lighting in the side dining room was all the way up, not much for the atmosphere. Was more like a TGI Fridays than a $260 fine dining experience.

Always an excellent and filling meal. The meats, sides and salad bar are fresh, the value during the week is great. The management and wait staff are very attentive even when they were short staffed. Will be visiting again soon!!

Was there for over an hour our server only came to our table twice they would wasn’t bring meats to our table they were only focused on the middle of the room
