Food was excellent and value was top notch. I love Greek food and I’m so glad this restaurant opened on downingtown!

It was a little chaotic because it was their first week. The food was good. I felt some of the appetizers were over priced. We will return in hopes that they are more organized.

The food was excellent. The menu offers a nice wided selection of items to choose from. The portions were a very good size. IO had the scallops and they were very good. My husband had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly.

The grilled octopus was tender and delicious. Entrees were also good. The only disappointment was the cheesecake with 'sour cherries'. Instead they were maraschino cherries... Servers were very nice but obviously inexperienced.

The food was spectacular. I had the octopus appetizer and scallop entrée. Some of the best I’ve ever had. In fact, I think the octopus may have been the best octopus I’ve ever eaten. The scallops were done up in a nontraditional way with beans vegetables in a Light sauce. Amazing. Evan the owner was very accommodating and friendly. The night I was there they were understaffed so there was a level of tension with waiting customers. Evan managed them very well. If there was a wait , it was well worth it for the food and the experience. I’ll definitely be back.

We are so excited to have Myrtos in Downingtown! We started with the hummus and spanakopita (yum!), then shared the Myrtos Grill Special and it did not disappoint!! Everything is fresh and delicious, and both our servers and the owner stopped by many times to ensure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our meal. The grill special is listed for 2, but could easily feed 3-4 (or in our case, become lunch the next day!). Looking at the menu, we could easily come here every day for a month and find a different delicious meal to order every time. I even ordered the Greek Freak mocktail, and it was fantastic! We will be back soon :)

We had a 6pm reservation. We ordered apps and dinner. My salad came but the 2 other apps did not. We ate the salad, which was very expensive but delicious. Eventually my husband’s soup arrived and he ate that. Again, very delicious. Then they brought his dinner but no one else’s or the 3rd app we ordered. His dinner was dried out looking like it had been sitting awhile and very small for the high price so he sent it back. We waited and waited and the manager told us our dinners were on the house. Eventually the 3rd app arrived and some fried zucchini that we hadn’t ordered but was also on the house. People who sat next to us mean time ordered, were served, and left and we still had not received our dinners. Two hours after we arrived we left, still not having received the food. It is unfortunate because the food we did get was good. I also think their prices are way too high. Hopefully they’ll get their act together and revise the menu. Otherwise I don’t see them lasting.
