Awful experience. It took a server 25 minutes to show up at our table just for a drink order, then only two of our 4 drinks arrived after another 15 minutes. We waited an additional 15 minutes or so and one of our party actually had to go inside and ask where the other drinks were. When the food finally came out, it was bland. The desserts to finish the meal were obviously sitting around for quite a while as the pastry was not the slightest bit crisp. And after all the reviews people have given over the years about the need for fans outside, M&R still hasn’t bothered to remedy the situation. All around a huge disappointment and we won’t bother with this place again.

I made a reservation at this restaurant on the recommendation of a colleague who praised it for the drinks and the view. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. Despite having a reservation, I waited 5 min at the desk (host wasn't present) and then another 15 minutes just for water, which arrived in a plastic cup. Even more concerning, despite informing the server of my allergy, the charcuterie plate arrived with the allergen prominently featured. When a replacement plate was brought out, it was unappetizing—a pastry the server couldn’t identify, grapes, a cheese with a moldy rind, and two slices of sweaty, stale-looking meats. When I asked about the pastry ingredients due to my allergy, the server promised to check but never returned. After flagging down the manager, she said she'd get the first course corrected and brought out my "entrée"—three scallops on a dirty, dessert-sized plate. The first course never came back. To top it off, the chef came out with an attitude, asking what my problem was. My problem was the sluggish service, lack of attention to detail, and tiny serving masquerading as an entree. On the upside, the mimosas for add-on charge were decent, and they comped the ticket. Still not enough to redeem the experience. This place should stick to serving drinks.

We dined here for brunch Sunday morning. The shaded seats are limited. We didn’t receive any refills on our waters or drinks. The people sitting next to us never got the chance to order and eventually just left. The dessert tower wasn’t what we expected and it looked like other tables had much better items. This wasn’t our best experience at a restaurant in Savannah and I’m not sure we will be back. Definitely not worth a $100 brunch for 2…

Skip it. Weekend brunch not up to par. Service beyond slow, no excuse. First reservation of the day, not busy, seated first, but served drinks after at least 5 other tables were seated and served drinks, only after we pointed this out to manager. Still took 3 hours to get through 3 brunch courses and get out, during which we had to ask for/prompt service 3 additional times. Some of the food was decent (most just eh) but not worth dealing with the beyond abysmal service. Cannot recommend.

The food was awesome. Unfortunately we got the bottomless mimosas and it took them an hour to get us our second glass. Other than that it was a great experience.

First time at Myrtle & Rose Rooftop Bar. We were running a bit behind but they texted to see if we were still coming and we still got our reservation. The views were outstanding and the service was great. The food was small servings ( try the octopus) but just enough and it was really good. Not overcrowded and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to visit and try this establishment out.

Very nice view of the river and the service was very good. Food however, was ok. Quite expensive for small portions. But still worth a visit on a nice sunny day.

We had a lovely time at Myrtle and Rose. Food was outstanding and service was great. Just know that the drinks even though they were very good drinks are expensive.

So much fun! The view is perfect. The service was great! Food and drinks were fantastic. Only way it could have been better is with the fans. The heat was just too much. It really took away from being able to enjoy the experience.
