Service has gone down from when they first opened and needs to be worked on. The hookah takes forever to come out and no one comes around to ask you if you need to change coals. Really wish they brought their old menu back it’s so limited now. Miss the flat breads they used to have and the sliders

As with many of the Yelp views we saw, the food was good, but service left much to be desired. Our waiter never brought a few things we asked for & we had to flag down another waiter. They brought us the wrong drinks, etc. We had to flag down our waiter several times instead of he coming to our table.

This was my last attempt to like it here and last time i’ll be going back. The 2nd time i was there the vallet lost my car -_- and all my friends left while they scrambled to find my car and keys were not with them either i stood there for 40 mins. This time the food was horribleeeeee The food was subpar at best , they didn’t have a lot the items posted online like before and if you are serving food at least make sure it’s warm. They brought us “sliders” which had old pickles on the side from a can I get at a grocery store. The sliders were cold , pulled meat with like one pickled slice of an onion inside. One of our side dishes never arrived , the waiter then proceeded to check other tables for it because clearly it was not on our table. They finally brought it out when we were done eating with our entire meal at which point they could have skipped it. The only thing that was ok was their asian style cucumbers. The most disappointing is their fries which looks like something they got at mcdonald’s and reheated and it was cold by the time it reached our table anyway. The view is great but that’s about it. They need to fire their chef , as a caterer it was one of the most disappointing meals i’ve ever had and I was so embarrassed taking my friend there , that we opted out of tea and dessert when i saw the tea they served others. We quickly paid and left to get dessert and tea else where.

The place is very nice but their service is so bad I had reservations but they didn’t have the table ready made us wait. The workers were so lost all over the place. The service was so bad no one was helping unless we asked for something three times. After asking for the menu multiple times for dessert the kitchen was closed. The hookah took so long to come. The waiters kept walking around with some orders that were sure for which table. I don’t know how this place doesn’t have good management.

Honestly, it was a very confusing environment meaning food wise. I’m confused if it’s a sushi bar place or I don’t know what food was not that great meaning the sushi the drinks I couldn’t even say anything about it. My service was not that great. He kept disappearing on me and I didn’t like it, when I come back, they need to work on the menu. It’s very horrible.

The place looks great and the view is pretty cool. Great ambience! Service was slow and a couple of things made this a bit less of a great experience than we first expected. Glass of tap water had to be ordered did not come in automatic and was not refilled. Forgot to check the bill but I feel they were charged. Asked for a ginger ale and got water chlorine. The branzino took for ever and was dry and came 25 min after the other person’s main dish … would have been better to just bring both together. The cheesecake just looked sad … literally a slice on a plate, no sauce, no fruit, not what you expect for such an expensive fancy place. The tuna cake, the tacos and the ashta cake were delicious same goes for the cocktail. Is a great place … but considering the prices they need a few improvements and more staff! I will try it again.
