We have decided to make Our Neighbor Felix a yearly tradition on Christmas Eve. The festive decorations, fun music, delicious food and desserts are something we truly enjoy. The waitresses were so kind and accommodating. A little hiccup in the kitchen with an oven light didn’t ruin our night and the staff were so apologetic. The only thing I would change is where our table was located which was near the patio door. The frequent opening was pretty chilly and we all kept our coats on. Other than that, we had an amazing time and we’ll be back next year!

I wanted to love this place, but it had a few shortcomings. You have a 2hr table maximum which would have been much more than needed for my group, but the bar was behind, so cocktails took over 20 minutes after each order and food took a whopping 35 from order time. Our server was kind, but not very communicative. She rarely stopped by, and never to apologize for the wait. The host were very organized and nice (we had a reservation.) Atmosphere was just what we were looking for for our holiday dinner, but the cost of food and drinks were much above average at similar restaurants. Not really worth the price in comparison to what you get.

Even though ambience was great, the food was not that great quality, they were out of mostly everything, including salsa. Drinks were horrible, the hot cocoa was cold as their kettle was broken and they didn’t have a microwave. Overall service was not great, everything took them more than 30 minutes to bring yet they declared there is a 2 hour dining limit. I wouldn’t go back.

Corin killed it. Our table needed a few things after our food came out, and she was on it! Food was hot & fast. And the drinks, that was the real star of the show, having a holiday menu that was thought out and delish, winning! Made this grinch real happy!

Great fun hoping place for dinner. Staff was pretty good, our server was not the best but maybe busy. Food was good and drinks were awesome. They catered to my daughter and I sharing a dinner and me getting ice tea with sweet and low.

I made a 3pm HH reservation for my team. We were quickly sat at our table, however, our waitress did not greet us for more than five minutes after we were sat. She was not knowledgeable of the menu or drinks which created a service delay. Once we placed our drink order, it took about 10 minutes to receive our drinks. This additional delay did not seem appropriate as the resultant was not busy at the 3pm hour. Upon arrival, one of our 3 drinks was incorrect and only 2 of 3 appetizer orders were placed. These two apps arrived before our drinks. This is not an experience I expect at a restaurant at this price point or caliber.

Terrible service. 5-10 minutes, at least, per interaction with your server. This is the consistent model for this restaurant now after giving multiple attempts - won’t be going again or recommending any longer. Every table around us had empty drinks or dirty tables. The floor manager also provided no value other than talking to other employees off shift in the bar.

I gave Felix another shot after experiencing poor service the last time, but again, Felix failed miserably. I don't mind loud music, but I don't want to have to scream the conversation across the table. Our reservation was at 3:45 for happy hour. At 6:45 (maybe the 6th visit to our table of 3 hours), our server informed us of their 2 hour limit, which is not mentioned on Open Table or their website. She also said she "allowed" us almost 3 hours. I'm not a child, and a twenty something will not tell me I'm "allowed" to do anything. I blame management for the poor customer service training. If the manager had told us to leave, maybe we could have a conversation about being a paying customer, but management left the dirty work to the server. I understand table time limits during Covid when restaurants were struggling, but that was a few years ago, and this place was packed for a Wednesday! This is just pure greed and not our fault that they overbooked their restaurant. If you're in for a good time, don't go here. If you want to feel rushed and unwelcome, this is your spot. Enjoy!
