Le MXDC Cocina Mexicana de Todd English propose une cuisine mexicaine avec une touche moderne. Le restaurant est situé sur la 14th Street, à un pâté de maisons de la Maison-Blanche et à quelques pas du Washington Monument. Son bar, avec ses nombreux choix de cocktails et de tequilas, est l'espace idéal pour des Happy Hours. Last night we had a fantastic dinner on the patio at MXDC Cocina Mexicana! Axl was such a great server, super attentive and friendly. We started with the Lobster and Corn guacamole, which was fresh and delicious, and the seafood chipotle pasta was incredible—so rich and flavorful. The espresso martinis were a perfect way to wrap up the meal. Can’t wait to come back!

Great patio — cocktails and guacamole— would recommend they make fresh tortilla chips — Just amazing. Such good food, fun funky atmosphere. Friendly and attentive wait staff. 12/10 going back

We had an awesome experience at MXDC Cocina Mexicana! Tony was super accommodating, making sure everything was just right for our group. The servers were all so nice and attentive, checking in regularly and keeping things fun. The food and drinks were great, but the service really made the night special. We’ll definitely be back!

We had the best time celebrating a birthday at MXDC Cocina Mexicana this past Sunday! Our group snagged a window table, and Bryan, Daniel, and Tony were amazing—they really took care of us. We started with the Lobster and Corn guacamole (so good!) and shared a bunch of tacos, each one better than the last. The margaritas definitely didn’t disappoint either! It was the perfect spot for a fun, memorable night out.

Had an amazing brunch at MXDC Cocina Mexicana! The Latin music set a great vibe, and the brunch menu was spot on. The breakfast burritos with chorizo were so tasty, and I couldn’t believe the $8 margaritas and $6 mimosas—such a great deal! Definitely coming back!

Restaurant was extremely warm, and very uncomfortable. Front windows were not open, no AC running, and it was warmer inside than it was outside. Service was very slow — nearly impossible to get drinks, server came to table only twice in the first hour we were there. We had to request from others that she come back to order, and also to get our check. Food was fine, but between the sweaty ambience and waiting half an hour for drink refills, not a great experience. Would not recommend.

Mxdc is a fantastic Mexican restaurant that exceeded all our expectations during our recent girls' night out. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. From the first bite of ceviche to the last taste of fajita, every dish was a flavorful masterpiece. The staff made us feel like VIPs, taking care of our every need with a smile. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience with great food and a wonderful atmosphere.

Excellent from start to finish! The server was delightful, the fare was delicious. When it was all said and done they had to roll me out of there 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Great night. It was our wedding anniversary and MXDC is one of my wife’s favorite places to go in DC. They treated us great.
