We are a community-driven restaurant in Seattle, Washington focusing on the education of Filipino cuisine.
We are rooted in Beacon Hill, where we are proud to serve a seasonal beverage program alongside personal and intimate Filipino dishes inspired by our childhood memories

We accept daily walk-ins at our bar and a few allotted tables. This is on a first come first serve basis. For 5 or more guests, please come early and speak to our host

D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : La Food & Wine Best New Chef Melissa Miranda est le fer de lance d'une nouvelle génération de gastronomie philippine au Musang, proposant des versions innovantes de plats qui ont marqué son enfance. La salade César à la philippine, le sisig aux champignons et le copieux kare kare de short rib sont autant de recettes qui lui ont valu plusieurs nominations aux James Beard Awards. Les locaux·ales peuvent profiter de la salle confortable de cette maison violette aux allures artisanales qui donne sur un patio arrière bordé de briques.

Food was absolutely delicious! Service was excellent and really enjoyed every minute there-it was girls night and lo and behold we had a reservation at 515 for outdoor seating did not leave until close to 10….. everything we ordered was so so good! We were nice and toasty! So best outdoor experience! Enough to take off our jackets. Food came super fast and was piping hot. Keep doing what you’re doing Musang! I cannot wait to come back.

The food was absolutely fantastic. The depth of flavors were absolutely delicious. We were a party of 5, which allowed us to try lots of dishes. The table favorite was definitely the chicken thighs (adobong manok)

Wow! Fantastic experience at Musang. Every plate had different flavors but they were all great, presentation was excellent. Really the best restaurant I have been to in a long time. Go with a group so you can try a little of everything!

We were late for our reservation due to a Ferry Schedule, since we came in from Vashon Island. We were welcome and said that was not a problem however, we were not told that we would have to rush in order to have dessert at no time were we told that there was a time limit and that in order to have dessert we would have to eat quickly. We finished our dinner, our plates stayed on the table for at least 10 or 15 minutes until someone came and cleared them. I then asked for a dessert menu and the waiter told me that we could not have dessert because someone was waiting for this table. I’m from Chicago so I wasn’t used to having a gratuity of I think 20% added to the bill. I think that that has an effect on the service that the staff gives somehow when they are waiting for a gratuity depending on their service the service is better. No time where there any apologies. We ordered three appetizers and two main courses. I thought the appetizers were creative and very good. I thought the main courses were fair. They have an imaginative menu. Sitting on the patio is probably better than inside. It’s very noisy inside also note that the place is very expensive.

I am extremely grateful and in awe of the staff at Musang. I have quite a few dietary restrictions and Phil helped me pre-plan an EXTRAORDINARY dish that was compliant with my restrictions and was SO tasty. Thank you thank you so much for your flexibility and creating a stress free and enjoyable dinner with my lovely friends.

Loved the food! Very innovative dishes well prepared and beautifully presented. Wonderful mixed of flavors and textures! We'll be back. PS Superb service, too.

Not only was the food delicious, but the staff treated us like VIPs. My husband and I came in to celebrate our anniversary and multiple staff congratulated us. They even brought us special treats. It was absolutely lovely! The food and drinks were tasty, everything was presented beautifully, and the ambiance was charming. Definitely recommend!
