We are a community-driven restaurant in Seattle, Washington focusing on the education of Filipino cuisine.
We are rooted in Beacon Hill, where we are proud to serve a seasonal beverage program alongside personal and intimate Filipino dishes inspired by our childhood memories

We accept daily walk-ins at our bar and a few allotted tables. This is on a first come first serve basis. For 5 or more guests, please come early and speak to our host

D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : La Food & Wine Best New Chef Melissa Miranda est le fer de lance d'une nouvelle génération de gastronomie philippine au Musang, proposant des versions innovantes de plats qui ont marqué son enfance. La salade César à la philippine, le sisig aux champignons et le copieux kare kare de short rib sont autant de recettes qui lui ont valu plusieurs nominations aux James Beard Awards. Les locaux·ales peuvent profiter de la salle confortable de cette maison violette aux allures artisanales qui donne sur un patio arrière bordé de briques.

Loved the food! Very innovative dishes well prepared and beautifully presented. Wonderful mixed of flavors and textures! We'll be back. PS Superb service, too.

Not only was the food delicious, but the staff treated us like VIPs. My husband and I came in to celebrate our anniversary and multiple staff congratulated us. They even brought us special treats. It was absolutely lovely! The food and drinks were tasty, everything was presented beautifully, and the ambiance was charming. Definitely recommend!

WOW what an amazing meal!! Our server was fantastic, and the space is just beautiful. Walking into the restaurant was Ana amazing experience just based on all of the wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen. We started with the PNW greens (a rec) and the lumpia, and we just could not get enough of each. Even mediocre lumpia is usually pretty good, and we agreed this was the best we’ve ever had. The lechon soup was great, just a little too vinegar-y for me, but damn that pork belly ruled. And the beef was absolutely insane. We probably could have done with just one main course because everything we preserved was pretty rich, but being really full and happy is a lucky person’s problem for sure. Thank you - can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!!

Absolutely delicious. Appreciated the intention that went into introducing each dish when it arrived as well as the care for allergies. We were well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.

Finally made it to Musang and was not disappointed. Not a single thing ordered that didn’t receive a unanimous “wow” from the table. We loved the noodles so much we ordered an extra serving to take home with us. It was a little loud given the layout, but overall the restaurant is beautiful, and the lively atmosphere was still enjoyable, and nothing that would come close to ruining our experience with the food and pleasant staff.

Food are decent!! Drinks are very strong and delicious. A little bit pricy but a good location for occasionally gathering or go as a group.

Had been multiple times. The food was still delicious and tasty with lots of Asian spices but it did seem that the food was better before. The service was still exceptional and friendly.

An incredible experience!! The hostess was incredibly accommodating and welcoming as I was joining from out of town! Warm and inviting. Sam, the bartender, was equally as eager to help me decide on dinner and welcome me to the city, an absolute gem. Dinner was incredible, with a specific salute to the kinilaw and the dessert! Fun, vibrant space. A wonderful way to end the day 🤙🤙

The service was excellent. I thought the food was good. The food came out quick. The drinks were good too. We will eat there again in the near future.
