We had high expectations for this restaurant as we had been there years ago, but sadly things have deteriorated. Full disclosure, we were comped a portion of our bill due to the many mistakes made. Our server was the only person working on the bar side of the restaurant. She was incredibly overworked. It appears to me that Management is trying to minimize staff they don’t realize what it does to the customer experience. We really felt for our server being so overworked and I’m assuming the kitchen staff were equally overworked, we came before by dinner rush and can only the workload at the height of the dinner rush My husband’s steak was not cooked as he requested and came out lukewarm. My pasta dish was OK but definitely not hot. Given all the food variety and quality that is available in the downtown core we will not be coming back

Food was excellent as always but we had a terrible waitress, she started off very good and attentive, and it slowly got worse. we had four more people join us and she did not come to the table and ask if we needed more drinks. We got there at 7 PM and left at 10:30.. it took forever to get our food and we always had to ask for more water and more drinks, When we would try to get her attention, she would never look at our table and finally, we had to call the manager over.

Such a great experience yet again! From the moment you walk in until you leave, they treat you so good and make me feel very welcomed to be there! The food is amazing!

Seem to be having an identity crisis. Server attentative and tried to cover up the obvious cracks from the kitchen. I have been coming here on and off for years but this is not somewhere I will frequent going forward. There are so many other options in downtown core.

Excellent overall except acoustics. Brick walls make it noisy hard to hear from across table when restaurant is busy.

We typically sit in the dining room. This time - happy hour in The lounge. No disappointment there! Excellent service (Joseph), the cocktails were great and the menu selections for happy hour were excellent (meat balls, charcuterie board and the pepperoni pizza). Highly recommend!

Another great experience! From our reception, we were in good hands. Even a (very) minor bump was met with high service, warmth, and simplicity. The food? Excellent presentation and preparation. Looking forward to next time!

A great restaurant. Great food. Great setting and atmosphere - love the main dining room. Staff are very attentive and knowledgeable.
