Mulino Italian Kitchen and Bar, a locally owned Italian restaurant that has been named one of Raleigh's best by Raleigh Magazine. Located in the heart of downtown Raleigh, minutes from the Raleigh Convention Center, Mulino offers an authentic dining experience that showcases the rich flavors and traditions of Italy. Guests can enjoy classic Italian dishes made with fresh ingredients, perfectly paired with wines from Italy & beyond.

Mulino’s inviting atmosphere includes cozy indoor seating & a beautiful outdoor patio, available on a first-come basis. Mulino can accommodate parties from 2 to 250 guests. For groups of 12 or more, a special large-party menu is available to enhance your dining experience.

Parking is available at 209 N. Dawson Street, 329 N McDowell Street, and streetwise along Lane Street.

From NYC and this was our first time at Mulino’s celebrating my son’s birthday. Pros: staff and servers were amazing. Beautiful restaurant with nice ambiance. Cons: overpriced food with very small portions for both appetizer and entrees. This was the first Italian restaurant where I had to pay for bread?!? $5 for a soda?!? Mulino’s did absolutely nothing for my son’s birthday. How bout a free desert? Candle? Something!

The best Italian restaurant I’ve been to in the area. The lasagne was perfect as was my cannoli for dessert.

We loved our experience at Mulino! The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The ambience was the best we’ve experienced in the Triangle. We will definitely be back and we’ll bring our friends.

My husband and I went to Mulino's Italian Kitchen and Bar for our Wedding Anniversary last night! The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor dining area and seating patio, and the inside is very charming with exposed brick and beams reminiscent of the Old Mill from the early 1900's. We dined inside, and Brandon took care of us. We had Fantastic cocktails to start, and enjoyed the Burrata, amazing bread, and for our entrees, enjoyed the Spinach raviolis and bolognese pasta dish! An outstanding visit. Our server Belle was excellent. The gnocchi, scallops and salmon were prepared perfectly. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. Will definitely come back!

Mulino is a nice restaurant in a historic building with a beautiful patio surrounding a Moroccan-style water feature. Service was very good. The menu, while not extensive, is nicely tailored and cohesive. The food was well prepared. The wine list, like the menu, is focused with a satisfactory selection of Italian regional wines.
