The diverse, flavorful menu of Muckleshoot Restaurant includes favorites like the Seafood Louie Salad and 12 oz. NY Strip Steak.

Carrying on the traditional Muckleshoot ways of cooking salmon, we are proud to offer traditional salmon dinners utilizing locally sourced alder wood and Pacific Coast wild salmon. Cooked over an open flame, the traditional method of low heat and smoke enhances the salmon flavor while preserving freshness and texture. Available in individual (8 oz. fillet with two sides, $29) or family style (2 1/2 pounds with one pound of corn and red potatoes, $95) presentations. Offered Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Plus, don't forget to check out the baked goodness inside our pastry display. Enjoy a wide assortment of pastries, from croissants to brownies, baked fresh daily and available for in-room dining or to-go orders.

There was very little beef on the prime rib melt this time. Last time I ordered it It was very good. The chicken pot pie seemed too salty to me

Requested a booth and even though there was a booth available we were seated at a table and I did not understand why.

Everything was fine, food was good, service was decent. One weird thing was, our reservations weren't shown at the service provider but once I showed them our reservation on my phone they seated us right away.

Service was great as usual, menu has lots of options, food was good. The only downside was some smoke wafting in from the casino floor.

This is it go to place for family dining, the staff is top notch. My whole family loves to eat there, even the Grandkids!

Prompt, efficient service Prime rib was great , salmon was ok No salad bar, not a-lot of veggies other than Brussel sprouts.
