We are Mt. Fuji. First sushi bar in Little Rock. Mt. Fuji offers Japanese homestyle cooking and comfort food, as well as high quality, premium nigiri and sashimi. Top menu items that are highlighted amongst the staff and guests include: Hamachi Crudo, Tonkotsu Ramen, A5 Japanese Wagyu, Fresh Wasabi Root, Specialty Fish flown in from Japan, and extensive Sake offerings to pair with your meal! Maybe it was an off night but so many fumbles here. We ordered two appetizers however after twenty minutes it was clear they had been completely forgotten. On to the entrees. The rolls were a big disappointment. Spicy fried soft shell crab all batter super oily. Sakura roll was fine but completely forgettable. Maybe just an off night or maybe I didn’t order well. Either way a bummer of a meal.

Mt. Fuji has quickly become our favorite sushi spot! It’s reasonably priced and incredibly fresh. We had Will as our server and he was so friendly and thought of everything! I recommend the dynamite roll and the hurricane roll

First time dining at Mt. Fuji for Mother’s Day dinner, place was bustling, we had made advanced reservation. Not familiar with menu, hard to figure out what we would like (couple, one more adventurous than the other). In retrospect we should have ordered Mt. Fuji version of poke bowl since that is a Fave at other sushi places. Definitely have to give Mt. Fuji another try. Cons: Soo Loud! Soo Cold! Took awhile after seated for server to come around. Several around us came later, ate, paid and left before our entree dinner (sushi boat for two) was served. But it Was quite busy on this Sun. evening. Pros: Lots of parking. Nice server helped us choose saki (but she said we couldn’t take the other 1/2 of the saki to-go, seemed odd). Good miso soup, quite ample salad with outstanding fresh ginger dressing, sushi was all very good.The appetizer folks had raved about, hamachi crudo, was excellent! One of the family owners came by to check on us, always a plus. Afterthought: should have asked him about the saki to-go. Again, we will return.

Had a great experience. Food was excellent. Service was great. Definitely recommend. Had the miso saba appetizer and it was really good.

The bartender, Will, is the best! Engaging with guests and cares about his craft. Our waitress, Caroline, was attentive and on point!

Loved the Japanese jazz pop that was playing on the speakers. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Food was solid. The hot green tea is one to try if you’re into it. And the Kama was memorable.
