This was just wildly disappointing. Unquestionably, the worst service I’ve ever experienced at this type of restaurant. My server was not only incredibly inattentive (we waited about 10 minutes at table before he ever came, then he disappeared for another 15 minutes before taking our order, drinks took forever, honestly, it’s not even worth my effort to explain how long the gaps between him coming to my table were) but he was also cocky. He charged my wife for a drink she took one sip of (we ordered 4 other drinks) he made it obvious he did not want to wait on us and he was ready for his night to end, we were literally the only table he had, also, the food was just ok, my wife liked her steak, my spare ribs were crap, this place was a disaster, we would have still ordered dessert but it took him another 20 mins to come ask, just awful.

Dined here for my father's 91st birthday. We were greeted nicely, an immediate "Happy birthday" to my father from the hostess, perfect table in the corner with a view, outstanding service from Jessica and of course the food was excellent. Finished the evening with complimentary sparkling rose toast and a dessert for the birthday boy. Highly recommend. A bit pricey but worth it for a memorable evening with first class everything.

Our server Dave was outstanding from the time we were seated to the time we left We dined at MRBL for a family birthday and they accommodated every thing we asked to make it a very special occasion We will dine at MRBL again for sure

Service and atmosphere definitely top level! Food was good just didn’t seem to standout above others definitely would say the service and atmosphere is the draw not the food

The service is slow. Made me think it was the kitchen and not the wait staff. More than +10min to get a menu and drink order. Appetizer came at 50min and it was just a raw tuna tartare. Finally was served dinner at around 1hr15min. Food needed seasoning. I had to ask for salt and put on my steak and vegetables. I have had better quality steaks - a bone-in ribeye - for that kind of price. Cooked appropriately but too much fat and sinew. Maybe it was a poor knife. Always stick to a Jeff Ruby restaurant for a steakhouse.

We have a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday. We can’t stop thinking about the sushi and the steak we had. Never in my life did have a steak as one I had here. We loved it!

My experience was amazing, my waiter and waitress was so sweet and helpful, the ambiance was very clean and pretty, I noted it was a date so they set us alone in a nice section food was fresh 10/10

Very good food! Pricey. Loved the live singer that played the ukulele. Beautiful view over the river!
