The server was fantastic. After waiting an hour, we finally received our meal, and three out of the four meals were cold. We asked him if they could be put in the microwave to warm up. They took my meals back. They returned 15 minutes later, and they were still cold. The restaurant stated that they were short-staffed in the kitchen and that the meals would be taken off the bill. I’ll give them credit for stepping up.

Amazing food, always love coming here! Brought my family here for my sister’s birthday and we all loved it. We especially loved the board game aspect and we all will be returning here in the future for more dinner reservations! ❤️

Very good service, decent food. Had the ribeye and shrimps combo, would be great to have 4 instead of only 2 shrimps. Cesar salad was great!

Mr. Mike's West Edmonton Mall has always been accommodating. We love going here on any occasion because getting a table is easy as they make room for you even if it's busy. Food is great as usual and quality was never sacrificed. 6 stars if I could! Keep up the good work.

Food was great, food server was a bit rushy and almost spilt hot gravy on my wife when she put the plates down too fast, but overall was a good experience. I do recommend they turn the music down a little bit though as it was hard to talk to one another.

We asked to be seated inside where it is brighter, but would have had to wait. Had to use phone flash to see menu items where we were seated. Front section had feel of repurposed garage space! Had to send steak back -asked for medium rare, received well-done. Server sorted the issue out very efficiently. Back ribs very okay but not great. Likely won't return.
