MR MIKES SteakhouseCasual is defined by what we aren’t, as opposed to what we are. We aren’t like other steakhouses. No dark lighting, starched tablecloths, pretentious servers or overpriced steaks. From our signature steaks to our famous Mikeburger®, we have something for every taste and budget. Enjoy Happiest Hours pricing daily from 2pm to 5pm and 9pm to close, and lunch and dinner service everyday.     We enjoyed our time at Mr. Mikes. The food was very good. The only thing I would say is that the fetucchini was just a little eldenta. Other than that all was good. The service was great. Thank you. We will come again.

    The service was excellent and friendly. Food came out in a timely manner and still hot which I appreciate. It was delicious however the prices were a bit high, example: when adding $20 for a lobster tail.

    We've been to this location before so I don't know why everything was just so off with our experience. It was Mother's Day, so it was a bit busier than usual. We were seated and our server came over to take our drink order. I asked her if I had to do anything with the app to cash in my points. She told me she wasn't sure as she had just started back working there after a long time. I told her the last time I used Mr. Mikes points was back when you had to check in prior to ordering so the points would be recognized. She told me she would figure it out and then left. When she returned, I was trying to take a selfie with my daughter. She offered to take the photo for me. I declined, explaining that I used to be a server and I didn't like it when customers would shove their phone in my face to take a photo of them so I don't ask servers to take my picture. She told me she likes taking pictures and was happy to do it. So I agreed and she took the photo. Just before I was about to let her know we were ready to order, a manager came over to explain how their app works and how I can cash in the points. She left without taking our order. Then a significant amount of time passed and another server came and said she would be taking care of us and asked for our drink order. I asked if our other server had finished her shift and that's why we have a new server. The new server looked very confused and uncomfortable and said that it must have been a miscommunication about who would be serving us. She went to check on the drinks and came back with them a short while later. For the rest of the evening, our first server would walk past our table without any sort of acknowledgement and it made me very uncomfortable. I ended up having a very terrible experience for my Mother's Day celebration because I felt so uneasy with our first server pretending we didn't exist, even though she insisted on taking our photo. I feel like I somehow offended her so she dumped our table. Just awful. :(

    Kinda disappointed, hadn't Bern in awhile. Decided to check it out for Mother's Day. Our spinach appetizer was good, my husband hamburger and tge garlic parmesan fries very good. All our drinks, sangria etc were very good. I ordered the peppercorn pasta and it was really hard to find any meat. You'd be generous if you Saud there was an ounce of beef. My daughter had the Cajun chicken and she was disappointed in the taste of it. Met friends there, they had steaks, but found them chewy. Overall an okay experience. Not a great one. Our server was great.

    Our server Brittany was fantastic, she new the menu and was able to laugh and communicate effectively. The food was delivered hot and tasty and wait time was minimal. As we were celebrating a special occasion a complimentary dessert of our choice was provided gratis. Overall an enjoyable experience.

    First, but not last, time for me to eat at Mr. Mikes. My steak, filet with a peppercorn bacon sauce, was so tender and delicious! 😋 And Kent was so attentive and helpful - a perfect dinner!
