Went to Mr. Mikes for our 36th wedding anniversary. Service was great, we were seated right away. Drinks were looked after and we ordered our food immediately. The food order came in a timely manner. It was hot and the presentation looked great. Everything tasted great, but my steak was slightly over cooked, but was still very appealing. The staff checked on us regularly and made sure our drinks were topped up. We informed the waiter it was our 36 wedding anniversary as to why we were dining out this evening. He informed us that we would receive a free desert. We ordered the Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding, which was perfect for two people. Would highly recommend Mr Mikes for any occasion. Great evening out!

The hostess’s are stretch thin, it took 7 minutes for my party to be acknowledged and sat. Then once seated it took 15 upwards to 20 minutes for our sever to come around. Once the food came (which was the only timely thing about this experience) the sever again did not come around until we were basically done our meals. The food is alright and is over priced for what they are going for. It’s Keg prices at boston pizza quality.

Overall experiences was good, but the temperature of the food could have been hotter. Food was around room temperature to the cold side. What happened to warming the plates and serving hot food? Parking is non-existant and shared with the hotel, had to park on the street. Otherwise good and would go back again.

Food took an hour to get to our table. Service was so-so. We had to ask for cutlery and ketchup. Salad price was too high but very good. Not worth $22.

Food was good however 2 of the steak dinners were very overdone. The manager took care of us though with crediting one of the meals and giving a discount on the other. Thank you for acknowledging this

We chose Mr Mikes for a birthday dinner and found the menu to have many options and the service was great.

steak bites were dry, was told nothing came on them but there were chives. burger was dry and tasteless,

Our service was great. And the food was excellent. My husband had the Seafeast Fettuccine and he was impressed with the amount of seafood. I had the Chinatown Stir Fry and it was very good as well.

My husband and I ordered a rib eye steak and shrimp to share with a side Caesar salad. Our steak was supposed to be medium rare, but it arrived cooked to medium well done. The restaurant kindly split our meal onto 2 plates, which was appreciated and they offered to cook a new steak for us. As we did not want to waste food or be eating after the other people in our party, we opted to keep what we had. The manager took the meal off of our bill. The Caesar salad was heavily dressed in a bland dressing and my friend's drink was overly sweet. I would rate the restaurant 3 5 overall, with high marks in their efforts to make things right.
