MR MIKES SteakhouseCasual is defined by what we aren’t, as opposed to what we are. We aren’t like other steakhouses. No dark lighting, starched tablecloths, pretentious servers or overpriced steaks. From our signature steaks to our famous Mikeburger®, we have something for every taste and budget. Enjoy Happiest Hours pricing daily from 2pm to 5pm and 9pm to close, and lunch and dinner service everyday. Choose a game from our games wall to play with friends or family, engage with our genuine and friendly servers or grab a quick lunch midday. We are everything you want in a steakhouse, only casual. Reservation system is pointless! Booked a table for a birthday - only to be told we can sit anywhere, seems redundant having to book! Overly loud restaurant - music playing on a playlist, plus live music (which was terrible) spoiled the atmosphere. Food - steak was good, cooked well but slight over medium, but that’s not the end of the world. Very small amount of veg - there’s scope to double that! Expensive for the small amount of food we got. Similar experience a few years back - seems like nothing has changed. Will be avoiding in future.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, Stuart. When the restaurant has open tables on slower nights we do try to let our reservations pick where they will be most comfortable. The food is mediocre , second time there and the food was not as bad as the first time. For the price you pay the value is not there. Last time I had a steak sandwich and it was awful, this time I had ribs, they were not much better, dry, but plastered with sauce on the outside.

Always consistent service. I appreciate the level of knowledge from staff regarding products and promotions. It's always nice to see the manager. Assistant manager jumping in just helpless staff with flawless service.

Server was quick with ordering amd very professional. Only problem had Uber brownie but they forgot the pecans on the icecream

Good food, except my nieces steak was extremely under cooked. Floors were filthy, garbage and food everywhere, no even very busy so no reason staff couldn't tidy up. Hostess had a serious attitude problem and hardly greeted us for our reservation. Waitress was nice. Child screaming through our entire meal we couldn't even hear each other talk and we were there for my mother's 55th birthday. ( not restaurants fault )

Cheap quality ingredients. Definitely not worth the money for a steak and lobster dinner. Food is mediocre at best. Staff was friendly, so there is that at least.
