Mr. Lyons est le dernier ajouté à la « Foundation 10 », il a ouvert en 2015 en tant que restructuration du Lyons English Grille. Mr. Lyons a créé un « nouveau classique » du steak en lui donnant un caractère moderne et consciencieux, avec un menu qui favorise les petites exploitations agricoles locales. La grande salle à manger évoque le pur chic hollywoodien avec un menu créé autour du steak ainsi qu'un type de service en bord de table qui vous transportera instantanément vers une époque des temps anciens. Le salon offre quelque chose d'un peu plus détendu, où vous pourrez savourer un véritable cocktail classique ou encore quelque chose de tout nouveau de saison. Mr. Lyons est juste à point!

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and absolutely love it, but this experience was quite unusual. The service was absolutely horrible - from the bartenders, to the host stand, to the weight staff, to the sommelier. Everyone seemed high, slow, error-prone and inattentive. I have loads of specific issues that happened and I want to believe that it was just a bad night. Frankly, I was flat out, embarrassed to bring my out-of-town guest here to one of my favorite restaurants.

Food lacked salt, steak was very over cooked (asked for medium rare and it was served medium to quite well). Server was friendly but something was a bit off with everyone- staff kept trying to open a door that was locked, there was a lot of confusion with tables, just seemed relatively chaotic.

If you have half the restaurant booked for a private event you should know when you make your reservation that a portion, including the bar is shut down. Especially a restaurant commanding the price this restaurant does. Food great service ok.

Our server was very nice, as was the sommelier. However, service was uneven. Neither one came over to make sure that we had enough wine or water poured. We had to wait quite a bit for our entrées to come out as well. My husband's steak frites was on the tough side. Have been to Mr. Lyons before and food was excellent and service top notch, so was a bit disappointed. However, will give them another chance!

Another Valentine's Day dinner at My. Lyons - PERFECTION! This place has the best steaks in Palm Springs, hands down.

First time here after friends suggested. Place was loud, busy. Waiter was very nice however he was also very busy and there were long pauses between courses. Caesar salad was one of the worst I’ve ever tasted. Dressing was just like salt water. While the steak was great (and should be at $65 a la carte) the sides were bad. Poke frites were rock hard and not edible and carrots were too sweet. We let the bus boy know since the waiter was busy with other tables. Nothing was offered by way of complaining. Very disappointing experience overall and more so when considering the price.

1)We were seated in the main dining area with a SCREAMING baby. As a result, all the diners also had to scream to be heard. VERY noisy. 2)The drink waiter mixed up the drinks and had my husband taken a drink of what looked like his coke he would have had his first drink in 45 years of sobriety. 3) The Prime rib steaks were placed in front of the wrong diners and we had to embarrassingly ask each other if we didn’t have each other’s meals. Mind you, the steaks top out at 71.00! 4) When the take home containers were delivered I had lost all faith in things being correctly assigned and sure enough, they were wrong. 5) The baby is still screaming. I don’t entirely blame the parents who just wanted a night out…..but placed in the center of the dining room? Clumsy positioning , at best. Bottom Line: Next time I want to spend lots on a night out I will not choose the mediocre food from Mr Lyons. The valet service was great!!

Caviar chips and beef Wellington are MUST haves. Excellent service. Beautiful rooms with different vibes in each room.
