Not very friendly. We walked in for our 7:15 appointment and there was no one to greet us for about ten minutes. Employees were walking past, someone was behind the bar, and no one even looked our direction or said, “Someone will be right with you.” When we were finally seated, our waitress was really great, although it was so hard to hear her. The noise level is insanely high for such a small place. The three of us at the table couldn’t hear each other. We couldn’t enjoy any conversation with having to yell or repeat ourselves. That was disappointing. The food was good, but for that price, I wish I could’ve enjoyed myself more.

The service was excellent. Our server was extremely knowledgeable. The food was fantastic and it was really fun to cook the meat together while we stayed engaged in conversation.

Amazing experience at Mr. Kim’s! Our waitress Katie made the experience very informative and she was so helpful and explained everything to our table. The hostess Larissa also made our experience great! The food was delicious and our table left absolutely stuffed! We will most definitely be returning! Dinner highlights: The spicy pork bulgogi, Kim’s fried chicken, & kimchi fried rice were the table favorites. Highly recommend trying Mr. Kim’s!

Mr Kims was a wonderful experience. Wonderful doesn't even begin to cover it. First off, our server, Kate, was such a delight. She did a fantastic job of explaining the unique menu to us before we ordered and everything she suggested was correct. We did the Baller chef's tasting menu and it was an experience I will never forget. If you do insist on ordering your own thing and not doing the tasting menu, get the cod and the wagyu. You will pay for it but you won't regret it. Wonderful food and service... Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful, high quality food. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. The only thing I would change to improve the visit is for larger tables to have more grills. 6 people around one grill can be a little tight, reaching over each other and fighting for grill space, certainly not impossible though and didn’t impact the experience.

Thank you Russell! So glad to hear you enjoyed the food and staff :) Our tables are certainly unique! We are 1 of 2 places with this system of grills. Unfortunately, changing them would require a complete remodel. For now we must remain smaller, but mighty!

Amazing experience, waiter went above and beyond to make sure we had a dynamite experience. We got the dumplings and clams both were superb. The meats for the grill were deliciously seasoned. This was a 100/100 dining experience.
