We had the worst Traumatizing experience ever. Truly!! My girlfriend was SET ON FIRE by the cook as soon as he came. It was an honest mistake but careless for sure!!!! What really shocked us was how the stuff handled it! They proceeded with everything as if nothing happened. One of the other people seated with us immediately poured water on my girlfriend to set the flame off and another couple beside us were more concerned than the stuff of the restaurant. All the cook said was i’m sorry and continued to prepare the orders as WE WERE ALL STILL PROCESSING WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!!!! Nobody cared to even WIPE down the water that was thrown all over our seating area and my girlfriend and I by the nice group of people seated with us to set off the fire let alone ASKING if we were Okay until a couple started complaining on our behalf which then an employee comes to clean up and another employee comes to ask my girlfriend if she was ok then gives her some papers to sign for their keepsake incase of a lawsuit! All this while we still processing what just happened and everyone asking if we were ok, the server continued to prepare the meals and my girlfriend had no burns or any injuries AT THAT MOMENT (it stated to bubble the next day) upon finishing our meals, my girlfriend pulled out her wallet and was ready to pay for our meals as usual, the other couples next to us asked if they charged her for her meal and if so they don’t think we should pay, upon looking at the tab we said yes they did. I said it was a mistake even though that’s not the experience we came for but everyone insisted and even spoke to the servers and this guys had the audacity to still refuse so i asked to speak to the manager and the manager sends the server back with a revised tab taking a certain % off her tab. Not even having the courtesy to come to the table to speak to us!!!

Wonderful experience and delicious food. I would have liked for the drinks to be stronger. 2 drinks and they seemed to have zero alcohol.

Place was very busy when dining on weekday evening. We were seated about 10- 15 minutes past reservation time. To get someone to even greet our table took awhile. Overall, the food is good - but the service is very slow. Our chef didn’t start hibachi cooking until we were there for an hour. That is way too long. Everyone ordered fried rice and after serving everyone, there wasn’t enough for me - so he had to get more rice and cook it again. We had many different entrees - steak, chicken, shrimp, scallops, and fish - so everything was cooked one at a time. The whole experience took about 2hrs - which is way too long for a weeknight dinner.

The cook, food and atmosphere was great. Our waitress gave very poor service.
