Welcome to Mr. Broadway.
Since 1922, we've served NYC foods prepared from scratch using the only freshest ingredients we can find.
We bring New York City some of its finest Jewish and Mediterranean dishes through our incredibly hard work and culinary expertise.
Tame your appetite with the Falafel Trio, Stuffed Cabbage, or a fresh Turkish Salad. Enjoy a tasty glass of wine while you explore our menu.
Our people are working in the very early hours of the morning preparing everything from scratch - from our famous Shawarma, to the daily variety of soups, fresh ground in-house beef burgers and all other scrumptious creations!

Excellent food and service. Prices are reasonable for not only a kosher restaurant but for Manhattan. Highly recommend

So, let me be totally honest, we love this place. The food is amazing, the ambience superb and the service really is first class (have I mentioned that the food is amazing). In fact everything was so good - we ate here multiple times (in a city with a multitude of options). For sure it isn’t the cheapest option in town - but then it’s so good … it shouldn’t be. In short if you’re in Manhattan come a grab a meal at Mr Broadway and I promise you won’t be disappointed (and to the market I know will read this … that’s quite a promise). My one word of caution … this isn’t the place for a quiet, romantic, dinner date. In fact we came one night for my daughter’s 10th birthday and we were 1 of about 8 birthday groups and 2 anniversary dinners- all duly celebrated- because hey, we’re all Mishpocha.

I felt as if I was eating directly from my Grandmas kitchen - The taste of old school! - Yummy! - They offered a wide variety of New Culinary Delights, as well as Old School Favorites - Glatt Kosher never tasted so good! *Delicious - They are renovating the sushi bar, and other areas of the restaurant so that portion of the menu is temporarily closed, however this place brings Glatt Kosher Food to a new level of "Fresh & Delicious". The staff is well manicured, polite, and attentive. - You do not have have to be Jewish or Kosher to eat here. - Again, I had a wonderful experience all around. -Susan S.

The food was good but on a 94 degree day they had no air conditioning. The industrial fans they had running were extremely loud making it difficult to hear even the person next to me speak and did very little to cool the place down. Had I known in advance about the air conditioning, I would have canceled my reservation.

New location definitely makes you miss the old 1. AC was down, so there were big fans everywhere and it looked like there was some unfinished construction around. Service was a bit slow, we had to ask for things multiple times. Food was good. I liked some of the new menu items. I really enjoyed the apps, but wished some of the old staple ones were just as good. A friend got the brisket/pulled beef sandwich and it was not like the old 1! Happy they reopened though!
