I have been to MPD many times over the years and this meal was just as fabulous as all the other times. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious.

We had a lovely first time experience- it’s took a while for the food to arrive, However it was worth the wait- delicious and the cocktails - thank you for the complimentary celebration sparking wine

Ordered the porterhouse and partner ordered Wagyu eye fillet for dinner Thursday night. The porterhouse was full of gristle and inedible. The knife could not cut through the meat. Spoke with staff and the steak was sent back. The steak was replaced as it was agreed by the staff that there was so much gristle it was not edible. The replacement steak was not much better and by this time my appetite and faith in the food had disappeared. My partner had the eye fillet which was not the right cut or tender. It is shame as when I order steak that is $95 one would expect a certain quality. The quality was disappointing to say the least. One bright note was the staff who were extremely helpful, and the restaurant is a lovely place. Would like to give it another try as maybe it was an 'off' night. Fiona
