    The food was fantastic! The four of us had: 2 Sea Bass, 1 Scampi and 1 lobster! We began with a round of perfectly mixed Martinis and a something Roberto which received a rave review, and excellent white wine. The service was excellent, and though not hurried, quick enough to accommodate our Theater reservations. The dinner ware and flatware were perfect for the dining room. We were downstairs, with a roaring fire on a chilly evening, so the ambiance was perfect. The seasonings were different on each food, which was also appropriate to the dish. Highly recommend.

    We have been coming to Mozambique for years. One of our favorites. Last night, we came for dinner and live music in the new Ivan’s House Live. At first, the service was great except we had 3-4 different servers, asking for our drink orders so we weren’t sure exactly who was waiting on us. When my boyfriend ordered his dinner, he had asked for a baked potato to be subbed for the mashed potatoes that came with the filet mignon. They brought his plate with the mashed potatoes and then said the baked potato would be a separate charge - after the fact. No one checked on us after that. Later on, after the music started, we were ready for a second cocktail. We waited another 20 minutes or so for anyone to check on us, so then my boyfriend got up to find our server. Another 15 minutes goes by before we see him and give him the order. I get that the bar area is jam packed because of the new music venue, but the service needs to improve.

    Delicious food and beautiful views. Had the pasta and shrimp cooked to perfection and the BLT is piled high with bacon!

    We had appetizers which were less than average. The drinks were amazing, I had the Old Fashion Mezcal which was great and my wife had a non alcoholic beer. Ambiance was amazing.

    Overall, it was a great Sunday brunch with Jazz. Great performer. The only thing is that they may need more waiters. It took a long time for a waiter to come , and only because three tables complained. I do love Mozambique 🌻💖

    We had a lovely evening. We used their transportation which was amazing! I had never been to this restaurant and after reading the reviews, which were all over the board, I decided to try it. The courtyard is adorable with the birdcage, and the hostess was very friendly. We were seated immediately, and chose to sit inside where the bar is. It had a great atmosphere, and the live music added a great vibe. Raul was our server. He was excellent and extremely attentive. We had the steak sandwich, the Mediterranean salad with chicken and pasta with chicken. We all loved our meals. It was a wonderful evening and experience!!

    It was just not what we expected. The noise level was so loud, we could not hear each other talk. The proteins and side dishes were dry. The wait staff was incredible. We did see tables open upstairs on the patio, but we were told it would be a 45 minute wait even with our reservation. You cannot reserve outside ahead of time, but there were tables (which we hoped to get for the sunset view) open which was disappointing as were are on vacation.

    Went to see a live band play and had dinner at the same time. Both band and food and location top notch. Also every staff person was happy to see and serve us. Management must be amazing to get everything right. Will go more often. Wine Wednesday was a big bonus with 50% off any wine under $100 so we chose a $40 South African white wine which cost $20. I understand that Ownership is South African so a unique wine list but with wines from other countries too.
