NEVER AGAIN.... for family or business. We made reservations for a birthday but had a nut allergy restriction. We called to book weeks in advance and asked about options and service for guests with allergies. We were assured we'd be 100% fine as they cater to allergies all the time... only to get there and be told that barely anything on the menu was available to our guest with an allergy. Not to mention, we were sitting FOREVER waiting for our food and not even a drink came out... not even water! The worst part is, the establishment wasn't exceptionally busy either. Eventually the manager came out, for what seemed like a formality, with a prescribed "speech" that didn't actually offer us any options outside of "not sure what else I can do for you." This should have been communicated when we did our due diligence to call & ask beforehand. We decided to leave and asked for our bday cake that was in the fridge. The manager brought it and she literally dropped our custom cake on the table. She was petty, rude, childishly incompetent, and unprofessional. It wasn't even worth remembering he name. Our server was lovely though. Anyway, right then & there we called Pickle Barrel - YD and they said they'd host us, allergies and all. They were fantastic!
