Food and service experience were very good. The high noise level marred what was otherwise a very pleasant evening. Our server couldn’t hear us and vice versa. The noise was bad enough - on a Tuesday night at 6:00 pm - for me to decide that I’ll eat elsewhere In future. That’s too bad because I’m a season ticket holder at the TSO, the Mirvish Theatres and the TIFF Lightbox. I’ll stick with less noisy restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Service is always great and staff super friendly. It is on the noisy side but patio area is great and booths have high walls that help a lot.

Super nice, warm, tasty food. Spectacular white browny, my fave. The waitress was super nice, charming and respectful. Ambience nice and clean.

The food was not impressive my steak salad offered very little steak and veggies. Service was fair not worth the 18% tip. Didn’t even check in on us

Open Table’s top rating for noise level is “energetic”, as if it were a good thing. Cacophonous is more apt. I don’t know anyone who enjoys it when the amplified music and hard surface acoustics make the sound levels approach 90db, and you have to shout just to be heard by the person next to you. You know it’s a problem when even the staff taking orders have to strain to hear people. Management, I’m sure your guests as much as your staff would appreciate not having their hearing damaged…
