Moxies restaurant is a contemporary casual restaurant offering a globally inspired menu and hand crafted cocktails in a vibrant and interactive atmosphere. Moxies has over 50 locations across Canada and 6 US locations in Dallas, Houston, and Miami. Our Kanata location is located at 601 Earl Grey Drive at the Kanata Centrum Shopping Centre, just blocks from Kanata Golf & Country Club and the Canadian Tire Centre. Our Executive Chef Brandon Thordarson has created a menu offering a wide-array of steaks, burgers, pastas and seafood! No matter the occasion, whether it's a business luncheon, a dinner date or late night drinks with friends, Moxies offers something for everyone. Moxies features daily drink specials and a delectable blend of unique cocktails, flavourful wines and a variety of beers to choose from.

We made a reservation and arrived on time, however the two hostesses at entry were aloof and not particularly welcoming. Once seated, it took over 15 minutes for a server to come by the table. Once services started, food and drinks were good, and the server was attentive. On departure, the restaurant was not busy, but the same two hostesses did not acknowledge us as we passed by. One of them busy with her face buried in her bright pink phone… not on a business call. Will think twice before returning. There are better options in the area.

It was a nice dinner , the service was amazing not pushy to order and not pushy for the bill so we took our time , the food were ok we ordered a cheeseburger and shrimp tacos the tacos were better , the drink was so good it was non alcoholic tropic thunder and the dessert was so yummy which was churro ice cream , the presentation of the food was very elegant , we loved the patio and we will come again for sure !

Food was fantastic. Tyler our server was great. 5 of us Each one had a different meal. Indian, Steak, Tai and Italian. All was fantastic

I love Moxies! It’s been one of my go-to’s for years! Last night was no exception. My husband especially enjoyed his meal, which was beef vindaloo, which he substituted the beef with chicken. He’s a big eater, and although he was skeptical with the portion size, when he was finished he was quite satisfied, and not still hungry at all. He felt the spices were a perfect heat (he LOVES spicy food) and really enjoyed the chicken. He said next time he would definitely try the beef. I ordered the Avocado Cobb salad with chicken, and the ingredients and presentation were beautiful! The only suggestion I have for their menu is to indicate that the dish is actually an Avocado Cobb DILL salad, because the dish is covered in dill. I think anyone ordering it should be aware, simply because you need to like dill in order to enjoy this salad. I, sadly, gag at the taste/smell of dill. But, as a testament to how good Moxies’ food is, I powered through about 1/3 of it before I just couldn’t get any more down, as the dill was overpowering me. My husband, who incidentally likes dill 😂, tried the salad and loved it, and I completely agreed with him that it’s delicious! I did not complain about my meal, because the whole dill thing is just a personal preference, I just think it warrants being mentioned in the menu as there is that much of it all over the salad. We’ll be back soon!! Cheers!
