Located at Hunt Club Road and Riverside Drive, a short distance from Ottawa's International Airport. Our service and food were wonderful. The music got a little loud as the evening progressed. We did however have a bad experience with whoever answers the phone. After dinner we drove home only to realize we lost or left a cell phone. We were pretty sure we left the phone on our table. We called and asked the individual who answered if they could check our table. We explained where our table was and our servers name. She came back and said they could not find it and to call back later. We decided to drive back to the Hunt Club location and look around where we parked. Its about a 30 minute drive one-way. We look around and could not find it. I went in the restaurant to the hostess counter and asked if any one turned it in a phone - no was the answer. I went to our table it had still not been cleared (hour and a half later) and there was my phone! I guess they never checked or asked our server. It was an unfortunate ending to what should have been a wonderful night.

The service was cordial. The appetizers were very good but the main was disappointing.. my meal was burnt and my husband’s steak was very tough and couldn’t eat it. The dessert brownie cake tasted stale.

Moxies you have outdone yourselves this year! Wife & I come every but wow from the steak, to the mushrooms to the service and to kindness a true 10/10. Thank you to our server last night and to the manager. Looking forward to next year.

Our waitress was cheery and welcoming. The pasta was a bit too heavy in sauce. Overall it was a good meal.

As always, our visit of 4 people to Moxie's went as it always does, friending, and knowledgeable staff took great care of us. Food came in a timely fashion and all 4 meals were deliciousl and hot. Couldn't say anything negative about the full two hours we spent in the dining room. Always a favourite to meet friends, or dine for a special occasion.

Overall fine, but server was clearly overwhelmed. He was sat too many table all at once and we waited to get his attention at many points. Table was full of dishes when we paid; not good when a table isn’t cleared when the bill comes. Couldn’t believe nachos with chicken is nearly $40, but the rest of our items seemed to be of good value. Negroni tasted watered down, poured from a batch and no garnish, red wine was warm.
