Moxies restaurant is a contemporary casual restaurant offering a globally inspired menu and hand crafted cocktails in a vibrant and interactive atmosphere. My wife and I ordered the valentine special The food was alright I upgraded my steak to peppercorn and it didn’t come with the peppercorn sauce that it was supposed to my wife had the smaller steak hers was dry and her veggies were over cooked The music was a bit loud making it difficult to have a conversation and I didn’t like the fact that when we were brought to our table the hostess made it a point to tell us there was a time limit of 1.5 hrs which I never heard that before We have eaten at other Moxies locations a lot but this time we were disappointed as we expected more

The food was pretty horrible. Don’t know how you mess up a chicken Alfredo. Server was nice but put our drinks as $9 more on the bill and I had to show her the menu to correct it which seemed a bit slimy. Overall not the best experience

Great food and great service! The waiter was attentive but not overbearing. We had appetizers and our group of 7 orders spanned the entire menu. Great all around!

When we were done with our meal and requested the bill, the server asked if we would like one or two bills. I said one as I was going to pay for my friend. The server said okay and left to get it. During this time, my friend said no we should split it in half. I said okay. The server returned with one bill. I said to him “I’m sorry but could we actually split it?” He responded “… but I asked you” I said “I know we changed our minds” I understand this may have been an inconvenience and do apologize for that but I do not think that the first thing the server should have responded with was “but I asked you” as this implies that I’m being a bother. Maybe if he had waited until we both decided on how we would like the bill, instead of rushing off this could have been avoided. Again, I do apologize for giving extra work but we just needed to divide the bill in two. It was not like there were 6 of us. After paying, he ripped the receipt off the machine, in an unfriendly way and walked away. In the future, maybe servers can approach these situations kinder. 🙂

I booked a reservation for 10:30pm, dining room was closed so we had to sit in the bar area - no issues. Our server was attentive. The DJ was a vibe.
