Moxie's is located at Georgian Mall, just minutes up Bayfield Street from Hwy 400. This is my girlfriends and mine favourite spot in Barrie, we like it because it seems almost like a hidden gem, it’s always packed so it’s clearly not hidden, but we love the patio in the summer. We always have a great experience. Very sad to hear this location is closing temporarily, and we will have to find a new location for the summer. We find also the park place vibes to be too noisy with the amount of traffic from the highway right beside, we try to avoid restaurants in this area. Fingers crossed that you can replicate the same atmosphere in the south end, you will be missed in the North end. Thank you for many great memories. Only complaint from our last visit, my girlfriend got the vegan tacos with tortilla chips and there was only 6-7 chips on the plate. Usually there is 2-2.5 times as many.

We had an enjoyable evening. My husband and I ordered the chicken pasta which we both enjoyed and the mini sticky toffee pudding which was okay. It was also half price wine bottles so we enjoyed a bottle of red wine which being half price was good value. Our server was also very nice though the back ground music was awful. We do not enjoy listing to rap when out for a quiet dinner.
