Really wanted to love it here as the location is gorgeous. Food was okay. Service was notably poor. This was my second visit to the place in hopes that my first visit was just a fluke. Sadly the service and food were even worse the second time around. Incorrect dishes were delivered. The pace was extremely slow - we waited 75 minutes after ordering an appetizer to be offered mains. We had to stand up and ask for a dessert menu sixty minutes after they started clearing mains. When the dishes arrived some were good, some were okay, none were outstanding. The tables are elaborately set with various sized plates and bowls which is lovely. However none of them are cleared when you order and as they become unnecessary. So we’re left trying to eat the mains for the table around five extra bowls, wine glasses when we’re not drinking wine. Etc. Given the location and prices, this place is going for the level of food and service of the true five star places in Toronto and they are at best landing in the three star range.

乘兴而去，败兴而归，环境嘈杂，桌面狭窄，除了烤鸭外，其它食物都不及格。服务员在前半小时还存在，后来就专心服务旁边一桌的客人了，好像我们不存在一样。桌子无人清理，叫送账单来也没人回答，最后直接要求大堂经理才拿来账单。我跟他说我们等了好久，他没有反应。

We had 8 guests , was a wonderful evening. Everyone enjoyed , all the dishes especially of course the Peking Duck , and Iberico Pork. Third time there , will be back!!!

Was truly an amazing experience, good was perfect and service was incredible .. this organization certainly knows how to properly train and encourage their staff … impeccable .. the food experience was brilliant but the service beyond !! Thank you . Ps there are other places with good food but the knowledgeable, on point service puts this place over the top🎉

The food was of a very high quality and good variety. You definitely have to pay for it but I’d likely go back again to try their other dishes. We had dim sum today 😊

I dined solo at this restaurant, and my server, Ray, was an absolute ray of sunshine. She was incredibly sweet and went out of her way to keep me company and check on me, even though she had a full section to manage. The service was impeccable. As for the food, it was decent, though not extraordinary; I’d describe it as "pretty average." That said, I’d still recommend giving it a try at least once. The restaurant itself is charming, and super cute. I don’t think I would return for the food itself but I love the service there and will return for their service. Thank you for making my little visit to Toronto a little more exciting!
