Mothership is a familiar neighborhood hang. Mothership is a place where you can gather with your co-workers after a long day or skip the cooking at home and bring the whole family in. Shareable appetizers for the table, healthy and allergen-friendly options, or a homestyle classic. All are paired with good vibes + beverage options that suit everyone. Whether you're coming with the crew or watching the game at the bar by yourself, we’re your second living room; a place to hang.

Free parking is available to all Mothership guests at 140 Cambridgepark Drive. Take the first left after Mothership, and you will see a parking garage on the left. Simply press the intercom button, and let them know you are a guest of Mothership for entrance!

Join us for a completely Gluten Free Night at Mothership! Everything served will be completely Gluten Free. Gluten eaters are welcome as well- let us prove to you just how tasty GF food can be! From 3:00-5:00 pm, we will be offering only appetizers. The full dinner menu will be available from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm. This dinner is a la carte, meaning you will be able to book a reservation, come in, and order anything you like. It will not be a prix fixe menu- there will be many options to choose from!

If you book a 'Trivia' table after 6:30pm, you will be seated in the general area of the game and can join, but may miss part of the experience.*

We went for Wednesday trivia night. It’s a great experience with friends. Food is good and service is top notch.

We went on a Friday night and the restaurant was not crowded - I think because it hasn't yet been discovered as it's off the beaten path, tucked behind the Alewife T station amidst the apartment buildings there. They have a lovely ambience with spacious outdoor seating and a fire pit as well as a spacious indoor dining area that doesn't make you feel crowded next to strangers. The restaurant offers a small menu but with very interesting flavor combinations - especially among their house cocktails - and there was something for everyone (vegetarian or carnivore). We ended up splitting several shareable plates and each one was a winner. And all of the servers were pleasant and attentive. It's now on our list of go-to places.

It was trivia night, but we wanted to talk rather than participate so we had a nice corner where we could do just that. I ordered the scrod for the third time in a row, so delicious. The side dish of zucchini was also delicious, a first time. Finally, I played all the games on the child’s menu with a very intelligent eight year old. We found ways to collaborate rather than compete, so each of us one once. 🥳

We had a relaxed and lovely time at Mothership. The staff is just the nicest! Great place with kids - space to wander, patient and understanding staff, yummy kids’ food (great grownup food, too!).

We shared the calamari appetizer, which was gobbled up quickly, and I had the baked scrod in two glasses of the spectacular sangria. The sangria was dusted with some kind of magic red dust, which was delicious. I had had the scrub the last time I was here. It’s baked perfectly with a crust of crumbs that are gluten-free, and I don’t know what’s in the sauce that comes around the mashed potato, but it’s all the perfect marriage. This is my favorite restaurant within a drive of our house, excellent value for money.

This is our new favorite dining spot. It has a laid back atmosphere, a great covered outdoor space, and the food/drinks are expertly prepared and delicious without trying too hard to be fancy.

Mothership Alehouse is located in a quiet area of Cambridge where we enjoyed dinner on the patio. We started with the spicy pork dumplings and the fried calamari. Both very good. The varied menu was what drew me to choose this establishment and it had something that appealed to each member of our party. From the steak to the salmon to the cavatelli with broccoli to the burrata with tomatoes and chicken everyone enjoyed their dinner. The drinks were delicious and the waitress prompt and professional. The beautiful summer evening added to our experience. Prices were reasonable which was a big plus. We are glad we chose Mothership Alehouse.

There were five of us for dinner, and four of us had the scrod, which was absolutely scrumptious. Also, among the special drinks, there was a new version of the Beantown, the Summer Beantown. I had a sip of the one someone else ordered: scrumptious. 😉
